I remember when we first saw screen shots of this in box a lot of folks were on the fence. But once you get this bad boy in hand and start posing it really shines. And those hands are clearly there to help you perfectly replicate the iconic Jim Lee Superman #205 cover with all the missiles coming towards him.

other than the new mezco, mafex, and maybe beast kingdom this is the best classic superman ever made. and the ones i mentioned are all 85+

Great review matey! This version of Supes definitely fits that bulky Jim Lee “light bulb” torso shape shown on the cover art with Batman in his grip.

I think I'll pick up this figure and swap the head for the Rebirth head for that classic look, then have an angry rebirth on the shelf! Great review

Great review as always. I bought 2 as well and head swapped the Action Comics 1000 but put the hush head on the infected Sups body. I'm going to swap out the Bizarro "\S/" with the infected one to make a better Bizarro.
