DCI officers break into the residence of Fred Matiang’i

A contingent of police officers raided the home of former interior cabinet secretary dr. Fred Matiang’i and carted away an unknown number of documents and equipment, after an hour-long search. The search, according to a statement sent to newsrooms by director of criminal investigations Mohamed amin, was pursuant to an order issued by the court, allowing the law enforcers to obtain CCTV video recordings of the alleged raid by police on Wednesday last week.
