The item special to me is my leather jacket that was given to me by my son when he was 18 and had been saving up some money to get his mother something she was really wanting. We have two things very much in common - I love clay by kim dragon needle minders and Teresa Wentzler. In fact the most precious thing I own is a limited edition signed and numbered Giclee fine print by Teresa Wentzler titled "Ebony Box" I bought it back in 2006 when she sold her art work through her website.

So many other wonderful floss tubers - including YOU, have followed and I love every single one of you!

Congratulations on 2000 subscribers!! I would love the Damask Roses. My favorite designer is well I don’t really know yet. I’m fairly new to cross stitch! I would also love a needle minder from Clay by Kim. One item special to me is my sewing machine. It was purchased for me as a Christmas gift 15 years ago and that machine and I have been through some drama together. Many school plays and fair projects. I can't imagine my life without some kind of creative outlet and it has brought me more joy than I can tell you. Thank you for your videos and the goodies your offering!

I would like the Clay by Kim. An item that is special to me is my first saddle. I found it in my mom’s house when she passed away. It was a dream to get a horse as a kid, so to have it all these years later is awesome. It’s a pony saddle and my husband bought me a saddle tree so it is accessible for our grandchildren to play on!

I would like Damask Roses! My favorite designer is Mirabilia. They’re my favorite because I enjoy how intricate the patterns are - beading has become one of my favorite parts of stitching. 💕 I’d also like the Clay by Kim. An item that I treasure is an original draft of Disney’s 1991 Beauty and the Beast screenplay. Hunter gave it to me on our first anniversary. To this day, I have no idea how he made that happen, but it has held a special place on my bookshelf since. Thanks for the opportunity! If you want to get back into writing, I highly recommend getting a copy of Walking on Alligators by Susan Shaughnessy. It’s filled with mediations for writers and it definitely helps get your brain in the “writing zone.” I also recommend Writing Down the Bones by Natalie Goldberg. If you also need an accountability partner for writing, hit me up! That would totally keep me on track to get this book finished. 😂 Looking forward to your post StitchCon video! I don’t have a lot of things from my favorite grandpa but I did get a small needle nose pliers from him. I let my hubby use it but it has to go right back in its special place. Lol. I think my favorite item would be a pair of hand painted porcelain penguins my mom got for me for her last Christmas. She couldn't drive because of her chemo treatments so I drove her to Hallmark to buy Christmas cards and we saw the little penguins in the window of the art store next door. I loved them. Unbeknownst to me when I dropped her off back at home she had my dad take her right back down there to get them for me.

Congrats on all your followers! I would like D.Roses. My favorite designer is probably Dimension Gold right now. I know cheesey right? I have several dimension golf kits that I am really enjoying. Especially Charles wysocki, and really looking for Evening shadows. That is the pattern of all patterns I would love to find. Dimension Gold always has great patterns., and has such detail in them that I love. But as for patterns I really like Rosewood Manor. I always enjoy hearing your questions on Caroline’s channel. I’m glad she makes it part of her videos.

I would like to stitch Day. My introduction to FlossTube was Stitcherista. I started watching her earlier this year and I love her no fucks attitude. Her older cross stitch related videos are also very informative and love seeing her stitching, and her newer videos with the diamond paintings are great as well! Congrats a year of flosstube and 2K!

My most special possession is a cross stitch my mum did before she passed away 21yrs ago it's calender bears by design works. When I picked cross stitch back up many years ago now the first piece I did was the companion alphabet bears that she never got round to stitching

Congrats on a year of floss tube. This is my first time watching you. Pam and Steph recommended watching in one of their videos. Definitely a subscriber now. I started following you on Instagram as well, you do beautiful pieces Kyle. My most treasured item is a Barbie doll that was my Momma's when she was a little girl. I think it is a third edition, not sure. But anyway, she never played with it, she thought it was the ugliest doll she ever saw. Still, in the original box, it's like new. When I was a little girl I thought it was so pretty and would beg my mom to get it out for me to look at. A few years ago she gave it to me. I cried like a little girl. I still get her out of the safe now and then just to look at just like I did as a child. I would like the clay needle minder by Kim.

Little Yellow House Crafts, I miss her videos as she hasn't done one for a long time 😔 I loved her commitment to cross stitching and her friendly, warm nature. I am loving Nora Corbett just now, I love the way she uses colours to make the pattern look textured. My mum just gave me an embroidered framed piece that my Great Grandfather had made in India in 1916 (he was there while injured during the war) for my Great Grand mother. This is currently my favourite item, trying to decide where to hang it 💕 I am in Scotland so not entering, just joining in with the fun. I hope you had an awesome time at the retreat.

I would like the Clay by Kim! An item that is special to me is I a pair of earring that my parents gave to me as a gift to help me deal with my anxiety and not feel alone when I’m doing things that make me anxious.

The passion you have for the craft comes through so vividly, and your work is beautiful. I always love to work on the Mira’s. I finished Santa’s Magic last year. It was an awesome achievement. But showing it to the muggles is not as rewarding as showing to another stitcher. I would like the Damask Roses, my favorite designer is The Hands Across The Sea Samplers because of the history and my love of samplers. Being able to combine both makes me feel like I can get to know the young lady while I am stitching. Did she put a Sheep in the border because she liked them? Or did she have one she was especially fond of? I like to think that she did. (I am working on Elizabeth Beaven 1835 - I am shellyneedlearts on Instagram) so many questions come to mind as I stitch her work. I almost feel like a time traveler when I work on her. I have been trying for a while to get a Claybykim needle minder. Would love to get a Claybykim. The item that is very special to me is my Great Great Grandmothers pocket watch. I cherish it very much. It makes me feel connected to those who came before. I don’t know if she did needle arts but I like to think she did. If you want to find a way to both do more stitching and still read please check into Audible books. It’s the best way I have found to both stitch and keep reading as I am a definite book worm.

I would like to stitch Day someday! My intro to flosstube isn't really any one person. I looked up some tutorials and stumbled upon a few flosstubes. Not sure who they were by, but I'm pretty sure my first subscription to a flosstuber was Michele Bendy. She is eclectic in her tastes like me, and isn't afraid to challenge herself!

What a fun time this last year has been! 2000 subscribers and a year of sharing your ups and downs with us. TW charts are just spectacular; I've been collecting them for years. I hope great things are in the wind for you after you're back from retreat. The first flosstube I watched was Carolyn Mazzeo; I liked how she would sit and chat about her stitching, do tutorials, and it was the first time I saw that there was at least one other person in the universe that was crazy serious about needlework! My favorite designer is TW because she took cross stitch to another whole level long before hand dyeing floss was even thought about just to get that special shading that makes the whole pattern. Just the time and attention to detail and her intricate charts fascinated me in the days where stitching geese on towels was the going thing! Ooh, Clay by Kim dragon on my TW dragon piece would be so fun! My favorite things so very important to me are the family photos I have that give a snapshot-in-time of fun and love. Looking forward to seeing Stitch-Con from your viewpoint. Have fun and soak up those memories!

I'd have to say that my favorite designer today is Julia Line (Long Dog Samplers). I love samplers and bright colors. Congratulations! I would love Damask Roses. My favorite designer is Jackie DuPlessis because she has an amazing imagination making cross stitch into works of art objects. I would also love a Clay by Kim needleminder. My favorite thing is a wall hanging which has 88 Japanese temple stamps on it from when my great uncle road his motorcycle around Japanese to acquire them. I’m just amazed that a male in Japanese society at that time would do something so carefree. Thanks Kyle!

Congratulations Kyle! I love your videos because you are so entertaining to watch and make me laugh!! I would like the Claybykim dragon. My favorite item is a plastic frog from my grandparents bathroom that I would look at every time I visited and play with. To others it would be trash but I keep it in my bathroom and think of them every time I see it. And they are gone now but it is important to me. I would like the Damask roses and my favorite designer is Hands Across the Sea Samplers. I’m not sure they are designers but make the reproductions. I like them because their samplers are so much more detailed and colorful than any other samplers I have seen (until your Hannah Sanderson). And I love how their pattern booklets. My other favorite designer is Long Dog Samplers because when I was getting back into cross stitch I fell in love with DBCS and love how large and immense it will be when done.

I would like day. Stitcherista was my introduction to flosstube, I just love how honest she is. And who doesn't want some cussing thrown in with their cross stitch? I'd like a ClayByKim needleminder. An item that is special to me has to be my dad's wallet. He passed 5 years ago this Friday and it's one of the few momentos I have of his, it's worn and old and I hope to one day pass it along to one of my sons. (Yeah, I'm a sentimental sap).

It is all handwritten and hard to read but it is all I have left from him and his creative mind made me start to stitch.

Hi Kyle, Congrats on reaching 2000 subscribers!! That is a huge accomplishment. I would love a clay dragon by Kim. When I was a little girl I loved the Movie Dr. Dolittle. My Mom had bought me a stuffed talking Push Me, Pull you Llama and I adored it. When we moved from Massachusetts to Florida it somehow disappeared and I was heart broken and they were not available to purchase any more. Fast forward to 2010 and I saw one on Ebay and jumped on it!! I have treasured this stuffed toy and hope that someday I will be giving it to my first grandchild when he or she is born. I have 1 son with no plans for children yet. Jacque
