Don't let those things scare you :) There is no C9 MOD, they stop scaling at C8. You will get there!

Ah you see this is where I made my mistake, same setup but I also used Flame Auras cuz I could and I played on Gates of Dragonfall, using only 1 DST and 1 PDT per lane was enough but I also needed RB for hex throwers. It was a sketchy build and barely worked, having more DU would have been easier indeed.

From my testing, at least with my setup, removing 1 earthshatter in exchange for a poison beam and another earth beam in the weak lane helps you if your hero leaves something to be desired.

Hi Juice have you tried out Midas touch with monk? It’s actually extremely strong. It has no AOE but it absolutely burns everything down that it touches

Is it worth it to use a Ramster attuned to earth instead of earth shatter? Does the extra DU allow you to add more DPS somewhere else?

isnt frostfire remnant a weekly rotation drop? and isnt burning strikes doing the same job and easier to get? Love you videos. Started completely new, 1 week later im running c8 now smoothly.

I love the vid but i feel like it’s a big mistake to assume that people will have ev2 and all guilded shards by c8. You definitely destroyed it tho so maybe someone could do it without guilded shards.

It's a grind game. As I mention in the video, if people expect to get through the hardest expedition tier in the game without putting in some work, then the game would not offer near the gameplay value that it does. Additionally, this is not a tutorial and I am making no assumptions. This is just a video of me doing C8 in C7 gear, nothing more.

Yea I appreciate this cause I’d watch your other videos and hear you say all you needed for c8 was the shards then you’d proceed to use c9 medallions with 3 10/10 mods lol. Thanks for the vid! Edit: first?

If i can afrm chaos 7, but i need more defence rate shards, should i farm them on chaos 7 or do they drop more often at chaos 4?

Always farm shards from where they drop. You might run Chaos 7 100 times and never get a Chaos 4 shard pack, so would have no chance at getting the shard.

hi, im very very stuck and frusted in c8 i cant do one map on it , is possible beat c8 without using ev but only with basic 4 character ?

oh ya, Chaos 8 is about using towers, not EV defenses. An original 4 heroes meta for C8 would be Poison Dart Tower and Earthshatter towers, all properly sharded of course.

I notice in most of your videos you dont loot after the waves or even after the last wave? why is that?

Because all the loot is junk for me at this point, so I just let it stack up then look for 10/10 mods before auto selling the lot.

how are your defenses so tanky even though your not speccing into defense health? shards arent seeming to give defense hp either, sorry i am new player

Oh if my defenses get hit they explode instantly. The thing is to place them where they won't get hit!

Chaos 9 is the first gear check in the game. I would suggest putting together a decent DPS hero and joining a public match to break in. No easy shortcuts there.

Maybe watch the video before commenting. That way you have some idea at all about what happened in the video lol. This is not C7 and it is old when C8 was new and shiny. I mean it say C8 in C7 gear right in the title hahaha.
