The only options I have under the eraser are: 1) Eraser Tool (Shift-E); 2) Scissors Tool (C). Would you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Did Adobe move the knife tool?

In CC 2019 the toolbar got an update. Yours is probably set to "Basic". Try to click on the three dots at the bottom of the toolbar. The "All Tools" window should open. Now click on the little icon in the upper right corner and choose "Advanced" or try to use "Reset". Hope this helps!" Thanks for watching and subscribing!:)

Can you please help me? I'm new to illustrator, but I've made an image to a friend, the image is composited of shapes that I don't remember how I exactly made it because I followed a tutorial, the clipping mask was used to unite shapes and now I want crop the base bottom of this image, I tried using shape builder to exclude the bottom, it only removes some part of the image the other which I believe is where the clipping mask was made remains, I have no idea what to do please help me someone
