The T3 is truly a stunning locomotive, and now the sole survivor is back in steam a whole new generation will begin to admire. Whilst I’m not a huge fan of the NRM delisting it from the collection, I am glad we got to see it back in traffic for the first time in 70 years.

I'm sure the when the T3 enters traffic Chris will update it to have the appropriate sounds

Its interesting that now the T3 has finally steamed, the whistles are completely different to other LSWR engines. The smaller whistle is more similar in tone to a GWR high tone, with the lower tone sounding almost German.

Wow that T3 looks so beautiful, as soon as it’s restored to working order it needs to do a Double header with the T9... on the main line.

Don't know if its SSS that's done it, but the sounds at higher speeds is off with the valve timing?

Can i ask please how you managed to get the 563 ? As kris stated he hadn't don't this loco ?

I didn’t just like the Dark Tries on the T3. I loved it. I’m a fricking sucker for pre-Grouping locomotives, particularly those from the Victorian Era. My favorite things about the T3s are the liveries and the sounds, particularly the whistles. The whistles from the LSWR is so loud, so high-pitched, and so bold that it is nearly impossible to miss. That’s why the LSWR is one of my favorite pre-Grouping Companies.
