Fun fact: The red screen is actually sayori's POV Of her trying to free herself from getting hanged and those noise are sayori trying to free herself and her trying to scream for help. And that also explains why she has blood on her fingers on her death screen.

The noise this Sayori’s neck sinking into the rope, and her eye veins popping. The muffled music is what’s in her head as she loses consciousnesses. The high pitched muffled is she trying to scream for help.

I know this is meant to reference Sayori’s POV when she’s “left hanging,” but I all could imagine during my first playthrough is everyone have club discussions like normal and MC is just standing around, his eyes bursting, just listening to the others like “uh huh, uh huh,” and then dying without falling to the floor.

Graphic warning I see everyone talking about how this is what sayori was seeing and hearing while she was dying. Its true. Because she was so low to the ground, when she slipped, her neck didn't break. So she was left there to suffocate slowly and painfully. After she was gone, gravity would start pulling her down, causing the air pockets in her throat to be released, hence the noises

on act 2 i was playing with a friend on call (screen sharing ofc) and we got very lucky with secrets. we got this and freaked out. theres also that scene in act 2 where the screen zooms in on yuri, i had to go afk so it was just stuck there zooming in LOL

The red screen and fleshy sounds didn't scare me too much, but the cursor is really creepy... And the fact that both glitches are in one footage - that's what made it scary.

I love how the glitches are randomized, which means that every playthrough is going to be different

That's sayori. Since she didn't jump from the height necessary for snapping your neck when you're suspended by the rope, the sound in the background are her neck stretching and small pockets of air popping, and most likely her trying to scream. The red screen is her eyes, popping out from the pressure, this is shown by the lines on the corners that represent her veins.

Remember experiencing this the first time and instantly knew the situation i was in, it send shivers down my spine it really makes you uncomfortable knowing this is the last thing you hear while slowly dying in pain..

while the idea of this being sayori's death pov is... very, very, disturbing, i'm not sure on the truthfulness of it. i feel like the audio isn't quite right for it to be what people say, especially since a redditor found out it was a stock sound of raw chicken being torn apart. while i don't know what a failed hanging sounds like, this don't sound like that to me. i'm just kinda skeptical on how true it is. or maybe i'm just in denial because of how freaking disturbing that thought is... regardless, it's going to give me nightmares for sure
