Thanks for the vid. When it comes to raid length I like how they added extra content in Skeletons in the Closet. If they made a short raid, say 15-20 minutes but had extra content that gave you another chance at named loot at the end that also added another 15-30 minutes. They could even add several layers for more chests. Just a thought.

I really wish they would revamp inventory management. For me this game is about collecting items. Every item I get makes me excited about using it on a future life. But process reconciling my bank and inventory every time I reincarnate is a nightmare. I’m bouncing between my main and 5 bank alts, I lose track of items, I can’t compare items between different bank alts. Horrific system I feel like I am going to need to start keeping a spreadsheet database and that’s crazy that I need to do that

The only problem I have with bound is things that Character bind on acquisition, all "character" binding should be on equip, that way the gear that is not fit for your character, isn't automatically bound to them. If I have a wizard and a Ranger on the same server and the ranger finds X. I should be able to pass it along. With the level restrictions you can't really effectively {set up a new character} with an old one anyway.

It would be good if they implemented more attack animations for different weapons; it's a little annoying when a mace 'stabs' like a blade as per all one handed weapon animations.

@Axel Last week I discovered that all our DDO store purchases are being Geo-Located. While this doesn't sound like a big deal for those within the United States, for those Americans residing overseas, your likely to have your purchases blocked due to the EU's anti-fraud measures. Doesn't matter if your cards billing address reflect your overseas location or not so long as the geo-tracking flags the cards origin as from the US. This applies to any American civilian or US military member currently residing outside the United States.

11:21 "This gives you a reason to run raids on your alts!" No? It does the opposite? Right now if I need a specific item on my main, I'd much prefer to run it ON MY MAIN. Which is annoying because I can only run it once every few days. Like yeah, it's nice that I can get runes, at least, if I run on an alt, but if I ever see an item I need drop when I'm not on the right toon, it's heartbreaking instead of triumphant. It makes me wanna not run raids on my non-main characters.

I'm fine with no extra character inventory space but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, NO MORE COSMETICS UNTIL THEY MAKE A CLOSET/BAG TO STORE THEM. Pain in the ASS to have cosmetics be a reward on a high daily dice roll, roll high, and just LOSE an inventory slot because you have, now, your 17th different armor cosmetic. REMOVE COSMETICS FROM DAILY DICE ROLLS!

Yes to greatclubs! Been trying to get a fiendish rabbit helmet build for years! The closest I got is low level bard with moonhowl axe or level 14 barbie with shinning devastation. Personally I think it would be as easy as a SoS like greatclub at level 20 tbh. 18-20x3 base and we're off to the races. Maybe a 'fomorian greatclub' in the spirit of 'drow' weapons?

Late to the video but I watched the Friday at 4. Know what would be crazy for Reaper. A Reaper Aura that just gets stronger per rank. So like Reaper Aura rank 1, all players inside the aura gain +1 to saves. Rank 2 all players in aura gain +1 Melee power, +1 Ranged Power, +1 Universal. So if you have 6 people IDK if they would allow auras to stack or not but 6/6/6 would be really strong early. So...

DDO does run on linux with wine/proton, besides that sounds like a whole lot of "we can't we won't we can't afford it" etc....

They could fix the problem with random key dropping, by just making it r+3 that way giving a minimum of enough for one actual item to trade at basal level. Because in reality it takes at least 4 keys to gather enough of an item {Clinamen etc} to actually trade. {excluding the junk trade}.

Why can't they just make it so VIPs get a gold roll every 3 or 4 days?

the biggest issue with BtC raid loot isn't getting it, it's storing it. when they've already said that large amounts of item storage is a source of lag in the game, it seems odd to force us to have second, third, or even fourth copies of items we'd need only one of if they were BtA

All the raid loot should be bound to account! You half to remember half of us don’t even raid because of grouping problems! You can’t even find pugs to run the raids you want to run anyway with players on the server being at different levels! Finding groups in general as a pug is just barnun impossible! So the lucky chance a pug is running the raid I need and lucky even slimmer chance of that peace dropping being BTC is just unacceptable at this point! This is NOT 2010 DDO!

About the bag/bank space issue you talk about, why don't they add what they added to LOTRO years ago, an account/character "wallet" for many things that could be treated simply as currency?

They want You to run different characters but they want You to run the same one character...

How about them fixing server stability and/or merge servers. This game plays like it runs on servers with internet running on 56k modems/dialup. With so many hiccups and jankiness that it can be almost unplayable. Been that way since launch, it has gotten better and sometimes it's not as noticeable, but it's there all the time. Update the engine to make the graphics look better than EQ2 😂 this game is good, GOOD, but with such a huge IP, it could be one of the best, but that will never happen.
