To get the job in the insurance company and as a dental assistant what qualifications are required if the person has the BDS degree from India and has Canadian PR? Please help

how did you get dental assistance job directly after landing? did you completed any kind of course?

Few clinics hire without any course. Since as dentists we are able to assist.

She had a visa and experience so after applying she got it. It is similar to any non clinical job they hire you based on skill set. Second, they usually don't provide a work visa as it becomes expensive. So easier to get if you have a visa there.

After doing dental hygiene in Canada can we go for equivalency process or DDS process Is PR required to give AFk exam and for other 2 exam if we done BDS in India

Dental hygiene has no correlation with the process.. you can go for this process after BDS.. with or without dental hygiene.. No PR is not required to appear for the exam..
