Are all these drum loops pre made wave files or are the programmed inside maschine once you load the kit?

The ones I played are pre made wavs but there are some project files you can load as well.

what about going through the kits with the patterns

I just didn't do that because I go through the sounds that make the kits, and to load all of the patterns and play them would probably double the run time of the video.lol
