I had to google search for Rygar, found the original was an NES game, the PS2 game released 3 years before God of War 1. Minority Report and Rein of Fire are a waste of demo disc space; both also had low scores due to being soddy movie tie-in games which generally suck (they should have just put in trailers for them like the Terminator game). You were expecting high quality visuals in any game by EA Sports beyond the non-play zone before the early-mid 2010s? ehhhh.... And tbh, the Everquest: Online Adventures looks pretty close to how looked on PC somewhat in 1999-2001 from what I remember people playing in college; and even had future improvement graphically with the Frontiers expansion.
