@Darkdragonwing. Absolutely insane man!! I saw this and had to build one myself- problem i have is when the motor is at "idle" it keeps getting faster, so I adjust it down, then it climbs back up. On and on and I dont know what to do! I bought all same components as you listed, but it still does it. Any help would be great man, thanks and awsome builds!!!

I don't know if I will ever make a video on that anytime soon yet. Here is what I can tell you. I use Part Design, Part, and Draft Workbench. I create parts in part design. For a complicated part like the block, I create a blank block, and then create a mold for each side with poles and features sticking out to subtract/cut the blank block by using Part boolean/union. Now, I can undo that and add some more features to the mold if needed, and then subtract it again when I'm done. I use Draft to move stuff around and make duplication. I used to use FreeCAD 0.16 to make stuff, but now I just started using FreeCAD 0.17. Things are a little different. In 0.16, I can just draw on any part and cut them or add a feature. In 0.17, the only part I can draw on and cut or add a feature is a part that is part of an "Active Body." Now, that is very inconvenient, I almost think that it is a downgraded version. However, there is a way around this which is creating a new Body (part) and then cut or add to the part that isn't an "Active Body" by using Part boolean/union just like a mold. There is a lot of trial and error. I had to experiment and had to start over many times, but that only means I will have a cleaner execution of steps toward the finished part in the end. Though sometimes I just left with some messy steps, but as long as the finished product works, I'm okay with it. My tip would be just make parts separately in Part Design and then use "Part boolean/Make a union of several shapes" to add them all into one part in the end. That's one way to do it besides cutting a block using molds on the sides of the block. If the parts somehow can't be fused together, that's okay, just select all the parts and then export them into an STL file. It should all be fused into one part that way. Try Fusion 360 by Autodesk, it is free if you are a hobbyist, I use it for all parametric modelling, it allows you to save files as an stl file, then you can send it straight to your slicing program.

Hi. Thank you for your interest. The E30 project is still going on. It is at a stage of getting things moving forward. Things don't move at all during winter time. I don't have a heated garage.
