When I got rid of a bunch of my acrylic yarn I donated it to a local nursing home for their residents who knit. Not sure if that's an option for you, but just thought I'd throw it out there 😊

another good way to use acrylic yarn that I recently found out about is using it to make little blankets to donate to animal shelters! 🥰 I'm sure it varies by country so I'm not sure if there are specific organizations that do it in Brunei or if you'd have to call a specific shelter and ask, but the U.S. has several nonprofits that work with a bunch of different shelters where you can either mail or drop off the blankets - they give them to the animals and they get to keep them when they get adopted into their forever home 💗 and having something soft to cuddle with makes the animals happier, more relaxed, and more likely to get adopted! such a cute set-up! love the kitty cameos 💗

Ooooh I didn't think of that!! I'll definitely try to reach out to some animal shelters around here, to see if they would like some blankets or toys for the animals!

This is a great idea! I knitted a scrappy blanket and after finishing it realized that it was so chaotic, so it went to the cat shelter, they liked it😅.

Thats such a cute yarn corner. I'm overdue a yarn organisation session. Its so satisfying once done, but oh is it hard work. Love the Bear in the big blue house artwork!

You can filter by just about anything on Ravelry and export to excel if you want to mess with data more on your own.

Please check out some charities around your area to give your yarn away for good use😀 (for example for the homeless all warm clothings to knit, cancer patients, mini beanies for babies……)

I buy a lot of my yarn at Wool Warehouse or at shops abroad when I'm travelling!

Was about to ask the exact same thing! How's your experience shopping at Wool Warehouse from Brunei? I see that the shipping to Brunei is quite expensive. Love your t-shirt in the video btw!
