De'Longhi ESAM2600/3000/4000 power board replacement

It's easy to test and replace broken power board of Delonghi ESAM2600 / ESAM3000 / ESAM3200 / ESAM4000 / ESAM4200 coffee machines. Of course be careful detecting problem. Sometimes coffee machine is dead totally with broken power board and LED indicators are not working at all, but sometimes it can show some signs of life, but will not ensure work of the machine.

I had the same problem all i did was take the top cable off for the front panel controll on the motherbord and cleaned it with electrical cleaner and it worked

i try use the multi meter when plugged in as you showed I'm getting no power reading at all what does this mean thanks

Can i ask about power board cabling for delonghi esam 6700 ? The technichian delonghi is fixing it. But the cable on 1 socket is loose and i just wsnt to check he plug it back because know or just randomly. I have the picture and video on it. The cable on board label as x2 on Top Right.

Which relay goes to holiday first? My bet is that these powerboards just drop one of they relay functions, and thats it. Do you repair these boards if you have like 10 bad of them collected? :D

What was symptoms for bad PCB? Mine powers on briefly when plugged in then after a few seconds powers off.

They all do that try unplugging then hold down the small coffee symbol and the large coffee symbol and plug back in you will see it going into test mode then press each individual button and it tests different parts letting you no which is bad I just did the test and it was my generator that was bad replaced it and working fine

Hi, it can be failure of power board but there is also small possibility failure of control panel. I would suggest test if power comes to power board and first of all to replace it.
