I wonder if it's considered cannon with the original Bill. I like to think he's an alternate version of the original Bill. Just because of how different he looks and obviously not able to get the original voice actor. But this is still important for us.

I keep seeing people thinking that the guy Bill shot was a zombie. It wasn't, it was likely just a foreshadow of Bill's future. It was likely just a burning enemy (or friend) from the napalm and bill put them out of their misery. And the hand popping out was just for a reference to the Left 4 Dead hand because it's frickin Bill. Also it's likely a reference to the intro of the first one when Bill smeared the stuff all over Francis.

A Bill cosmetic? This is a huge step up from the last one. I'm so excited for this. I can't wait to hear the lore on this. Good job behavior, the bp is looking great so far and the resident evil collab some time soon. Just this is starting to get good.
