I am older guy. Saw the Dead with Jerry 15 shows. I am not a Mayer hater. Respect what he added to this version of the band. Me and my son were at these shows. Great weekend…

anyone notice the beam of sunlight on the crowd when John sang “this space is getting hot”. I was in that section and everyone was going nuts

Love Grateful Dead’s versions and they will always be the #1 but John does Jerry right here. So much respect given in those solos to Jerry’s style

Wish I could’ve been there! I will say though, I think I prefer John’s solos several years ago vs towards the end. They used to be much cleaner and went with the vibe of the song in my opinion
