I can forgive power armor in DR but taking away the time limit And Making Psychopaths just bullet sponges with no cutscenes is a sin!

I'm hoping they don't screw it up. DR1 you could throw a jug of cooking oil at a zombie, spill the oil on the floor and zombies would slip and fall on it. DR4 a jug of cooking oil was just a god damn foam prop.

I have to pre order games to buy a physical copy. It isn't an option anymore. it's the only way to own them. I pre order every game that has a physical release otherwise the store doesn't sell it. I can wait until November or even longer if I have to.

I played the OG Dead Rising a lot in the 360, and really enjoyed it, but man does it have a lot of flaws that keep it from being great, mostly around game mechanics that should’ve been tested more extensively as well as a bit of a lackluster friendly NPC AI. Hopefully this version addresses those

Favorite zombie series. Pre-Ordered it right away, deluxe edition, too! Really hope it’s a lot easier to engage in combat and escort survivors…. Currently playing the OG one on my PS5 and never realized how horribly frustrating escorting survivors were 😤

This is like having 2000 mods that are all quality of life mods. Its just gonna make this game that felt awesome but clunky super awesome, as a long time fan, I cant wait for the moving while shooting and the better survivors, really hope they make them not lose health if they are near the safe house vent.

one QOL improvement that I'd like to see in this would be the ability to store larger weapons, like the chainsaw, in your inventory like you could in every future DR game. and hopefully they rebalance the final boss fight (fighting the dude on the tank) cause that fight sucked and it felt you had to cheese your way through it.

@@UnseenHitman-1932 Yea but it’s the same game at its core. Not a whole new experience. I pay in CAD. So it’s 67.99 for the standard. Plus tax will make it around 75 bucks. If I want the deluxe it will be close to 90 dollars. Seems a bit high to me. Edit: 81.99 for the deluxe. Yikes.

"Details You Need To Know Before You Pre-Order" That's nice and all, but I preordered the minute it was available. And I haven't pre-ordered anything in years. This is Dead Rising, my all time favorite game ever. No way I'm letting this one pass without buying at least one, likely two, copies. Getting the digital deluxe and planning to grab a disc version as well when it comes available. And if I like it enough, I may get a copy for my PS5 too just so I can do the trophies again. I love this game so much.

Im 90% sure that it’s an issue with the lighting/contrast of the trailer because Frank looks normal in the screenshots on Steam. They probably turned up the brightness for the trailer but they did it way too much bc it made everyone look old
