Why is financial support enforced but not emotional support?

I just wondered if all these people know it's more of a scam then anything let's say the mom or dad lives in another city or state an does not ever allow you to see the kid or kids all they want is the money but time is just as important for the kids as the money is ....why is it the state or city judge is never fair in these cases the one that doesn't have the kids always get a bad rap taking your driver licence sending you to jail should be out of the question how then is the kids getting took care of ...they not " I think it should be fair the one that always need the court should give the other mom or Dad the chance to show who can take care of the child ..... instead of just making things worse......

In Florida the mother of your child is allowed to move up to 50 miles away from the original point where the marriage took place. My ex moved 49.5 miles away on purpose and made it really hard for me to see my son. She didn’t have to meet half way and made me drive the majority of the distance when I got temporary visitation during my divorce. You guys say these things like it’s all on the fathers to make the effort, but none of the accountability is put on the mother. I was told that since she moved so far away I was probably going to not get 50/50 custody and it ended up happening. At the end of the day the family court is biased against men. At the end of the day there is no such thing as dead beat dads. It’s women that don’t want fathers in their children’s lives and that use the family court to kick them out.

right..that is why you comment from a fake name. You sound guilty AF! How about a mother who was abused by the father and has no other choice, but to move in with family and family can be a far distance away? Is it the mother's fault she was holding it down as a mother 24/7 & being the punching bag to a father who could've also been cheating, gambling, seeking prostitutes and controlling the finances on top of it all? How about a mother that is left to deal with all that and care for a special needs child with cerebral palsy, HIE, autism, seizures and so on while the father gives not a rat's ass about their child, but be screwing prostitutes instead of investing time and a future for their disabled child. Not all women do this maliciously..these boo hoo poor me comments from fathers make me sick on this video. Wow.

@@deniseblanco303 The problem with your argument is that you want the laws to remain status quo to protect mothers from abusive dads, but you don’t care to protect men from evil women. Not all men are bad, just like how not all women are bad. The color of your skin or your gender doesn’t determine what the character of a person is and if you believe that then you’re being sexist or prejudice.

I don’t do that kind of stuff, it’s still my child’s father. I have done everything by the law and I don’t get shit for it.. I ended up homeless because he doesn’t pay anything, won’t help with anything and I my heart of hearts, he only follows visitation to make me miserable because he dumps my child on anyone.. There’s good father’s and there’s good mother’s.. and there’s heartless on both sides as well..

Not just men. Women too. In states like NYC + California even heard of it in Philly. They’re biased against the poor + disabled as well. They also hate black people and people of color who are poor. They hate black women too and some latinas. I am both. They think we’re all ghetto.
