I had served in Kinnour I have seen this area during 1994 to 1997 at that time it was most dangerous instead of today. I realy appreciate the service of HRTC. Thanks for preparing this video.

When I was Manager at UCO BANK YANGTHANG in 1988 - 1989 I visited Lieo, Chuling and Hango on foot by crossing Spiti river by ROPEWAY. Gram Pradan's of these villages helped me to vist these beautiful villages. I stayed for one night in Hango village and one night at Chuling village. The people of these villages are very nice, soft spoken and co-oprative. That was my life time experience.

What a wonderfully shot and a documented feature. Brings back old memories of off-roading in Himachal but this part, no one can negotiate without the expertise displayed by HRTC Drivers. They're the best. Camera-work, Music, Editing and Narration - each and every bit of this documentary has been perfect - the way you explained why HRTC deploys old small chassis buses for this route - this shows your keen eye for detail and making an effort to explain the feature perfectly. I would often see Manali-Reckong Peo buses which used to be smaller and shorter than the other interstate vehicles, then my driver explained the logic. Thank you for putting together a wonderful documentary. Waiting to explore more of our beautiful Devbhoomi Himachal through your documentaries.

I drove my little Maruti Van fully loaded with my German friends in 1991 October from Manali to Rohtang Pass. The road was terrible then. The Germans still get goosebumps when they remember this journey. Now the roads look far better ....Greetings from New Zealand.

I'm very glad that I could travel with you from my arm chair.😁. Respect to the drivers. If ever I have to make that journey it would have to be either on foot🚶 or a tricycle.
