Such a good movie. He thought cable was coming after him telling the kid to stay away for his safety. The moment he realized he was coming for the kid even without his powers he immediately chose to defend him from cable

that actually shows deadpool's morals even if its looked over for most of the humor. He does not take to killing children or kids at all and its a huge no for him. It showed when he attacked the headmaster of the orphanage for russell because he was actually pissed off

@@lapplandkun9273which is one of the reasons why I like Deadpool as a character. He is more or less a Ninja comedic version of Riddick. In _Pitch Black,_ Riddick is characterized as someone who will manipulate and kill anyone to survive. And when he's given a proposition to save his own skin via killing a kid in cold blood (let alone one who idolized him), that's crossing a line in his book.

@@wer227 The joke is that in the "Mockumentary" Rock music movie "This is Spinal Tap" that was just a parody of the over the top nature of 80's rock bands, the band had amplifiers that "went up to 11" so they'd be louder. There's a regular version and an epically messed up unrated extended version. I can't remember which this was but obviously the sayings are different. He says the Spanish here as a callback to the beginning of the movie where he was hunting down some Asian gangster and called him saying something like: "Donde este la bibliotheca, which literally translates to I don't bargain pumpkin fucker". Something along those lines it's been a while since I've seen either of the two versions of this movie.

Deadpool movies have so much fidelity to the source material, even more than the other crap from Marvel, but Cable is too agile in there. Love Josh Brolin but I wouldn't have cast him, would rather have Brad Pitt or someone else gritty. Perhaps Michael Shannon.

.....no offense meant, sincerely, but...."Not Josh Brolin, I'd have cast someone gritty, like.../Brad Pitt?/" Compared to Pitt, Brolin is 10 miles of gravel road. The only thing grittier than Brolin as a person is Solid Snake's /voice./ I mean, compared to Brolin, Pitt's basically a 1920's ice cream social for God's sake. That said, agreed, he's still played a bit too nimble, but I guess that's a side effect of a human portraying a character drawn as if he's 5'11 and about 400lbs of 3% body fat muscle.
