It is crazy how many moments we actually miss in life because we are obsessing about how we look or how other people might perceive us. And then we think back and remember those moments that were perfect, but we were worrying about something really pointless that we can't even remember now...

I'm gonna take some time to write this. So. I'm almost 18, in a few months, and been following your channel for more than 3 years. I went through emotional ups and downs, finals stress and different mindsets and I changed a lot. Thank you. And I mean it. I hope you know what an amazing impact you have on other people's lives. You're like a bigger sister that keeps on guiding herself and others with her. I wish you all the best and all the growth you're looking for. I'm looking forward chilling up with the new Youtober series. Feel hugged and loved 🖤✨

Lovely content. It's your way to speak your mind that makes me or all of us here, believe that things WILL get better anyway.. Cz if you can deal with, so can we! Please do one coffee talk on how can we focus on our goals while still going through emotional wreck/ heartbreaks/ vulnerability.. Because time slips away anyway but we keep waiting for the moment when we'll feel okay and start over. So much love! ❤

I think the fact that you do tarot and look more into astrology is amazing when it comes to trying to understand phases because I’ve been looking into it to thanks to you and it helps me see ways in which I am feeling what I feel sometimes even more intensely than other times. A lot of the time it’s deep and it’s within us but understanding astrology helps us see external universal ways that affect the peaks and lows of what we feel.

The whole time watching this... my mind was blown. Because of all the similarities in myself. I also had journal entries of lists of the things I needed to fix or change. Now I'm entering into a different space where I'm just really ready to love myself and stop listening to that darker side of me that always wants to be better or be more and just accepting transformation is a long process and it never ends, but that doesn't mean there is something wrong with the way you are now ❤

It was interesting to watch you film without your notes! I absolutely loved this video and can't wait to watch another one! Also, I've been thinking about the "persona" that I created for myself that always works, doesn't have free time, doesn't watch TV etc.. and then I thought... it's not human to be "perfect" all the time and do what we "should" do at all times... we are human beings, we mess up, we have quirks etc. And that's what makes us US! It's the same with our looks.. the image that media etc created of a perfect human isn't natural and it's virtually impossible to achieve. In conclusion, thank you for this video. It made më realize some things that I needed right now.

I know others might probably feel this too but I started dating 2 weeks ago after a relationship that left me deeply heartbroken. My boyfriend (was initially my friend) is so supportive and nice and he knows what I've been through but still embraced my scarred heart and he always reminds me he loves me and stuff but due to what I went through I don't quite believe it even tho I know he means it and he knows I feel insecure but he still loves me and Im just grateful for him. However im trying to do inner work as I want our relationship to be even better and I want to feel better about myself too because no matter what anyone says if you don't fix the way you think about yourself it's only gonna be a temporary reassurance

I absolutely love that you are so able to post videos of you without make-up, like when you're doing a routine video, when you go out for runs etc. It's really refreshing and it seems so normal to have you on camera looking super fresh with some colour in your cheeks etc. I don't really see any other youtubers doing this, although I get that it's becoming more common now with word spreading about self-love... but you've been doing it for as long as I've been following you which is years. It's one of things I really respect you for 💛

I have my insecurities as well. Lately I have been working a lot on that as well. What really was a game changer for me was not feeling like I had to wipe all those insecurities out but rather having like a real talk with myself. Accepting that things are the way they are even if I decide not to accept that. Accepting that I am the way I am even if there are things about myself that I may not like. Acceptance really helped and I feel like it has become the basis for me to get even further with self love :)

I like when you get a little personal with these topics, as it can help us to relate even more. I've always struggled a lot with insecurity, though I did hit a point a few years back where suddenly certain things stopped mattering anymore. It's funny though, hearing now that you were struggling a lot last year, when you look back it seemed kind of apparent. I saw a lot of comments back then that people couldn't relate to your content anymore or that they weren't sure they liked the direction, but I think you just needed to work your way through some things. Your content this year has been a nice balance between some of your older stuff and a new, more content you.

I always go back to when I had braces, and my younger sister (5th grade) used to call me, “brace face, metal mouth, train tracks!” That didn’t get as under my skin as my mother, who laughed every time she did so. I’m almost 32 now, and THAT has stuck with me, even though those days were so long ago.

My biggest insecurity is my face, I'm super pale, I got bright red crazy easily, a lot of the time for no reason at all, I've got acne and I've got some wrinkles that are super prominent when I wear make up. I've not figured out how to get over it the same way I managed to get over my body insecurities, and it's hard, and honestly if there was surgery I could get to fix all of it and I could afford it, I probably would as sad as that is

Can you please do a koze daily brew on your points of confidence? I don't see enough people talking about stuff they like about themselves, and I think if there are more examples of that kind of self confidence, then maybe people might find it easier to think that way. Here's my attempt at sharing, since it feels unfair to ask you to share about yourself without opening up in turn: Some of my insecurities: - blemished skin - the 20-30 pounds I've gained in the past few years - the way I have a tendency to get controlling and rambly when I get excited or worked up about something, and I forget to listen to other people and be considerate because I'm too wrapped up in my own head - not sure if this counts as an insecurity, but I tend to be afraid to think well of myself, because a few times I let myself feel more confident and then by some coincidence I got torn down by an authority figure for something that was clearly important to them, but not a huge focus for me (one example being email etiquette in University, as I hadn't really needed to write emails regularly before then)...having little issues pointed out always helps me grow and improve, but I have a tendency to let one criticism validate all of my self doubt... Some things I like about myself: - my deep brown eyes - my cute little nose - my lips - my ability to be open and honest about my struggles - my willingness to change and grow even when it's uncomfortable

Apologising is not being insecure, it's being respectful and thinking about other peoples feelings. And I think it's important and for some people, it is difficult to say and there are a lot of people now try to put apologising=being insecure or not being a stronger you. But apologising also shows others we are strong because we admit we made something wrong and it might not be a big thing but just hurting another person or making them feel less is being wrong. I know this video has nothing to do with this but YOU just INSPIRE ME to write what I think =D And this is just my opinion

⛔ Mindset really is everything 🔴⚫‼. In times of struggle, or just in life in general, we are faced with two choices: let life consume you, or consume your life. This may sound like an odd statement at first, so I will break it down for you in simpler terms. Imagine that you are on a tropical vacation holiday, and the weather just isn't going the way you planned on it going. Instead of being sunny and beautiful beach weather, it is raining the whole trip. While this may be a not so great situation, you have two choices: you can either stay in your hotel room and complain about the weather all day, or you can go the beach and explore what the place has to offer, despite the rain. After all, your family paid all this money to go away, and you took a whole flight to get here, right? 🦁👏🏾 From Paul 👊🏾💪🏾👍🏾

i think for me, something that makes me hold tight to my insecurities and not let go of them is that, they’re kind of a security blanket in a way. in other words, by hating these things about me that i (or society) deem(s) as “imperfect”, then i can almost beat other people to the punch. if someone were to say to me “your stomach isn’t flat enough” (not that anyone would say that) i could tell them “oh i already know that”. i guess in a way, feeling insecure makes me feel like i can justify having my imperfections. like, yeah i’m imperfect, but i know i’m imperfect, i remind myself everyday that i’m imperfect. no one has to tell me bc i already tell myself. as if people would judge me for loving such a “gross, ugly” thing about myself, and if i loved it then i’d be delusional. does any of this make sense? idk. it’s definitely something i’m working on because i know that it’s flawed logic and it does more harm than good.

If we were all suppose to look the same and act the same way why don’t we? If we suppose to fit this mould, why do people fall in love everyday with people that don’t fit into it? Well, because that story being told to us is not true. Human kind prove everyday to ourselves that it is not the truth. Yet we believe that made up story because we are pack animals. We need a leader and then we follow that leader until we die. We think we need to, to survive. I believe I need make up because all my closest humans tells me I need to. And we have been told that we need to wear make up by another human ranked higher then us. And then it just goes like that all the way to the top. If we try to see that humans do fall in love despite the story we have been told about perfection on the outside aswell as inside, I think we can seperate ourselves as beings from our culture, traditions and thoughts produced by society. Beauty is just a ”manufactored” concept to generate money from our insecurities (that also are manufactored by the same group of people). That is what I think atleast. The best way to find your confidence is to accept yourself for all the things you consider good about yourself aswell as the things you concider to be flaws about yourself. When you do this you will be able to love yourself unconditional and have a solid foundation to build on. It is okay to be good at something and it is okay to be limited regarding other things. You don’t need to put value on traits and features just accept them for what they are and try to be kind to yourself and others around you.
