What if my darkest fear is true And I'm the reason that my mom drank? [I feel guilty all the time] What if when I was vegan I didn't get enough Vitamin B, And all I did was annoy my friends And destroy my short-term memory? What if my mind never settles down And I never know true joy? What if even though I try hard to be cool I always look like a little boy? [Nerdy Justin Beiber, who's into it, ladies? Uh, fellas? Very few people.] What if I mess up my taxes And the Feds come after me? What if when I was vegan I destroyed my short-term memory? What if I'm depressed But it's undiagnosed? What if when I'm having sex I'm being watched by my grandmother's ghost? [I'm sorry, Grandma, I'm sorry. Or… you're welcome! Ya crazy old bat!] What if when it comes The water is too salty? What if despite the fact [That I'm a moderately successful comedian and I have a lot of friends and I'm in healthy relationships, what if I never overcome the psychological damage I experienced in childhood? Not that I'm blaming my parents, I mean, they come from their own dysfunctional backgrounds and they just did the gosh-darn best they could, okay? With the crappy hand that life dealt to them. But what if I always stay afraid and I label myself and my feelings as somehow "wrong"-while assuming that everyone else in the world is somehow "right"-so that even though my heart yearns for something deeper my connections with other people ultimately feel kind of superficial because I isolate-myself-EMOTIONALLY!] When the waiter comes He arrives in a flurry He says, "Sorry that I took so long," I said, "Hey man-no worries."

So, originally I was introduced to this skit from a Fire Emblem Stand Up Comedy Video back around 2016-ish. For the uninitiated, a Fire Emblem stand-up comedy is literally just a video of Fire Emblem character sprites being edited into little visualizations of the comedy skits or sketches. Often times the characters used are those whom most directly can be applied or relate to the topic of comedy. The character used in the video in question was the character Soleil from Fire Emblem Fates, a Nintendo 3DS game and installment from the TJRPG series Fire Emblem. The video was great and I enjoyed it considerably. Tragically though, about four years down the line my distraught was huge when I couldn't find it on KZfaq. Remembering it so fondly, I pieced together what I had been able to remember of the video and punched into the KZfaq search bar: "Water Vegan Lesbian Short Term Memory Comedy Song". By seemingly divine providence, the search engine used that incoherence to guide me to this video. Re-watching this, I was able to remember how great this absolute banger was. This is utterly marvelous. Thank you for this.
