Not really. You can still swim in the oceans. In fact marine biologist believe it’s actually bad to clean the oceans garbage cause animals started to live on it. It’s better to stop adding garbage. Plus unlike people claim garbage does disappear in the ocean by being eaten, sinking, or dissolving. I know it’s still bad but it’s not as bad as scientists thought it was going to be.

I dont know if its counted but i started put the wet trash (waste food etc), into composit drums, started using plastic bags and plastic bottles as mini garden pots in my full build concrete house, so even without soil, i can grew trees, flowers and vegetable. Reused and reduced. And encourage some of my family and friends to do it too that they mocked me tree hugger. Eh whatever, but if only 1/10 people of the world do this, we might not able to save all part of earth, but prolonged its lifetime. Maybe....
