This game should have died a long time ago to remain a beautiful memory instead of a bitter memory...

I stop playing this game because literally the devs wants is your money. They’ll gaslight you or punish you for being a free to play player. It’s impossible. At this point PG3D is far from late having this game fixed.

Hey Mint, as a known Top clan leader i have to add these issues too. The clans 3.0 war system is a complete mess too. Tasks are bugged , the system doesn't requires skill , clans right know are abusing Alts for winning the wars and that's completely unfair for the clans are playing fairly. The clan community didn't wanted a Clan system change in 2.0 era we all just wanted new extra features not the entire system change but they did it. Even all the hate and asking to the devs to revert it they didn't... Top clans like Waterfall , Obey , TK Ottomans, Syndicate ( my clan) , Armada ect. We all begged to them to revert it. Thanks to this the clan 3.0 system killed Armada , most of the clans got more inactive because of the lazy system , alt abuse ruined many clans and the devs insisting on this system while everyone is begging to them to revert... Now as a player from 2014 i quit this game 11 months ago because of this i literally tried my best to make the devs seeing me, even Eckosoldier saw me but the devs insisted on ghosting us and not answering about it. Even in the latest podcast they did they didn't even mentioned clans. I felt so disrespected and disappointed about it. Right now they are talking about a possible clans 4.0 but it's too late now. Most of the top clans won't come back me either. If pg3d keeps doing like this the game is going to die soon.

As a top 50 grinder, ranked tournament is astonishingly FLAWED. Here's why: Matchmaking. For a "ranked" mode, you'd expect to be matched with other players in similar ranks for fair matches but NOPE. I'm in rank 9 with 8.5k trophies but consistently get matched up with people below 1k trophies. But that's not even the worst part yet, which is: IT PUTS YOU IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ONGOING MATCH. Often I get put in a deathmatch with 2 OUT OF 4 MINUTES remaining, and I'm forced to try to overtake everyone to at least #3 with a gigantic disadvantage joining this late. The problem is even worse in team gamemodes where winning also depends on your teammates. The worst case scenario I've had so far is: I joined a flag capture game with half the time remaining and we're losing 0-5. My two teammates are unranked and rank 1. While the FOUR enemies are rank 5 and above. Needless to say there's no chance to win and I lost 45 trophies, and I couldn't leave the match right then and there either because I'll ALSO lose 45 trophies.

As a unity developer i can confirm that adding keybinds with unity is braindead easy regardless which input system you use.

For new players, the when you get higher levels the guns get to expensive.

•One thing I really want but may never be added: Better mobile optimization and performance options, something like: > "Low graphics/textures" > "Shadows On/Off" > "Particles On/Off/Client" > Etc and etc Those who suffer most from this are mobile phones, I'm tired of seeing my friends with their games crashing, closing, freezing, slowdowns, I myself had to stop playing because I CANNOT even walk through a game,because it was lagging/bad performance too much, I play on a Galaxy j6 - But it will never be thought of/added because they are not "highly requested" - Some of the players who leave the community due to these problems probably didn't spend months afterwards begging developers to add minimally necessary things to a GAME PRESENT ON MOBILE. I gave this game a chance when it was ported to Steam. I’ve even honestly gone on record to defend some of their actions because I’m someone who looks at decisions from both angles A month ago I uninstalled the game from my PC and have no desire to come back to this stress fest. Hey! Good video and also some more information about the clan system issue... I'm a member of one of the (not anymore) top clans, Kazanryu, and our community is very relaxed and we used to grind a good amount. We have no hackers and no botters and are genuine players. Unfortunately most of us have now been forced to retire the clan and the game, because no matter what we tried, theres nothing we could do. The majority of top high end clans are botters or even hackers, or just abuse bot lobbies, as I have experienced myself by accidentally joining one once, and it just leads to a really unfun environment. Game definetly needs a reworking

I remember back when they added the whole crafting thing, worst addition. When you got something from a chest- you got it, you didn't have to get it 10 times.

The match making is so bad when I try to play a game it's always low level players that don't know what they are doing and I'm level 65 with op weapons which is really unfair for the low level players

Its not true that there isnt any anti cheat, they just only target players who hack currency. Ive spend about 300 euros on pixel gun and I still couldnt compete because of modules, insanely low chances of getting a good item in chests, pay to win weapons etc. So when pc released i decided to mod my account since i kept getting destroyed by players with more money or other hackers. I have never used aimbot or any cheats in a game because i do not want to ruin the experience for others, so nobody has ever reported me. That means the anti cheat only bans players who have too much currency and not aimbotters. I think that shows the developers only care about money and they dont care what actually happens in the game. Both my accounts got banned and I accept the consequences of cheating, but I think it is partly pixel guns fault for forcing players to cheat if they want to compete in this sh*tty economy they have created. There is no other way to get the best loadouts without spending an insane amount of money.

Hey Mint, by the way there's another issue involving clans and yeah, you may ask "Who cares about clans?" well, me. Have you wondered why it's always the same clans that stay in top 10? Because if they see another new clan reaching the top, they spam report until it gets banned. This happened to my clan 3 times. It's so frustrating when you try to build a very strong clan with active grinders just by suddenly getting deleted because other clans reported you.

We are having even more issues with hackers, entire clans are being falsely banned now. My account was banned for no reason this morning.

So, Android (for me at least) has a bug where you ain't buying anything in the shop. It just says "login to google play" or smth on my & my mom's phone for 2 YEARS. I could've easily get guns there if that bug didn't exist. Also, anyone agree wit me that the price of getting & upgrading modules are shit?

Im glad to hear you talking about this Granted i dont watch your youtube channel at all, but ive played this game for 8 years and ive had many of the same gripes as you What sent me over the edge was the intergalatic treasurer event (when the weapon wasnt balanced) Extremely grind heavy for higher level players and super easy for lower level players (due to the fact bot lobbies are littered throughout for low levels) Because of this for the first time in awhile i experienced heavy burnout with the game, which i dont have often Im glad you still talked about this bro, keep up the good work and i hope your channel continues to grow✊ Edit: im soooo glad you talked about mods. When mods first came out the best level i got them to was level 5-7 give or take for the elements and the sub “elements”. Mods are overpowed and dominate between simply having a mythic versus having a mythic or even epic weapon with level 10 mods on it. The mods themselves now are so hard to get, silver is expensive if your not in a active clan (thats even if your clan has black market) and theres no other way to earn silver besides clan wars making them a trump card to both new and veteran players alike Also i didnt know the skins give you buffs on steam. Honestly just pure p2w and cringe

The game started to rot already at the moment when spam appeared, and became the one and only effective tactic. And then players were ready to swallow anything, if only the new free gun did not have animation. It was at this point that the game began to lose popularity and the quality of the game content went down. I have nothing more to say.

as someone who was part of the old toxic "pro community" from 2017, it's been this way for a long time. Ever since update 8.0.0, which added armor, people starting making p2w claims. It felt like every other update after 10.0.0 was introducing a super op weapon. First the fire orb, then the ghost lantern, then the frost beam spell glitch, etc. and the introduction of gems, along with the terrible lag that wasn't fixed for I want to say almost a year is what caused a lot of the old players to leave the game, and it's actually why iOS planet took an extended break from the game, one of the most popular pg3d youtubers at the time. dude u say nothing has changed but we literally had free swipe spamming for years and the developers didn't do anything until it became to big of a problem to ignore. loved the video man.

back when i was about 14 i had my level 40 account banned for no reason like i spent maybe $150 on the game which for a 14 year old is a lot of money now when i contacted them asking to unsuspend my account i got the typical auto response bot saying they'll email me the next day but i never got a response from them so when i tried making a new account i got up to level 20 before they banned me again

I remember this game, I quit mostly because everything just pissed me off. Mostly the overpowered opponents I faced, not to mention like you said. Leveling up makes your weapons horrible, smh.

One thing that destroys players is the matchmaking in earlier levels you get matched with bots who are so easy to kill so once you enter level 50 you camt keep up with the max lvl one shot gun spammers and 5 cats the game doesnt prepare you for that at all

I remember when in 2014-2016 weapons had star ratings (up to 3 stars per per weapon ) some had one and some two. Upgrading your star rating on a gun made it better and sometimes changed the appearance of the gun . Soon after the efficiency rating was added where you had to upgrade your weapon every time you leveled up, that’s where it all went downhill…

I just wish weapon efficiency did not exist. That thing stresses the fuck out of me every time I level up. F2P players have it really unfair especially when you have to part with a gun you liked because its efficiency fell back too much. Also 65 levels take way too long to get.

The effects from the skins aren't just for battle royale btw, they do have them in any other game mode, for example, wave pulser's pretty much a oneshot regardless of module level if you take into account the skin's poison damage which is quite high, probably the highest in the game.

I was done when their ads took 1200 tickets when I didnt click accept and tried to click out of said ad then reported the problem then was told they never refund ever then write a review saying what they said was told to email support again and got the run around twice. The game is awful and my statement stands

It is p2w on Android too, because the amount of grind (ads/tasks/challenges/play) you need to do to afford stuff is INSANE. Many hours a day. Also, stuff like the Spicy Crab Roll is literally impossible to get f2p even if you DO have 11.000 gems, because the total cost of all guns in van is less than that. Set event, armoury buys and so on do not count. THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PROFIT MODEL: The new owners insist on trying to profit from making it impossible to compete unless you get the newest stuff. It should be possible to compete right away! I grinded so hard just to get the stuff I needed to compete. And then they added PC, so I can't compete anyway.

The cat spammers are a huge turn off. I used to play back when the gold minigun was a high tier gun. I get so so tired of cat spamming broken guns and killing the fun.

The game is actually still very fun 90% of the time. We just need those hackers out.

Ima be totally honest. I don’t see any problem in the game besides the hacker situation. I had a fully stacked account myself which I was grinding on for 4 years. I think that getting currencies is not a big deal since there is stuff like vip and match boosters or whatever they’re called. Getting gems is not hard either since there is the battle pass which is not hard to grind for since you get credits each season. In the battlepass you get every currency you need and those at a pretty high rate. Also there is duels in which you can bet for chests and win them by using different playstyles and techniques (u don’t even need good weapons. Just be patient for kills and play strategically). Getting specific weapons as a free to play player is not a big deal either since all you do is wait for them to get back in the game. Most people are overreacting in my opinion. Pixelgun is a skill based game. There are many ways to counter different weapons or playstyles. Just start modding like I did. Not modding in terms of ruining the experience for other players but modding in terms of getting whatever you need to play with and just enjoy the game.

This game in this current state makes Call of duty: Warzone Mobile look like a good game(at least on android) which is absolutely insane. All the stuff you said wasn't opinions, they were facts.

Damn how this game has fallen. Still remember playing this on my iPod touch where the original weapons available was small but some of the best weapons were red stone cannon and the silenced pistol that had a mushroom texture. Basically back when I think there was around 20 weapons? I remember the Christmas themed weapons first releasing where it was like a revolver with a tree on the barrel, candy cane shotgun etc and then reinstalling a year or two later with some sort of bass cannon.

As a unreal engine developer. I implemented keybinds without sweat. The pixel gun developers barely have any talent at this point. And most of the goodness of the game comes from its art style. Not the gameplay anymore. Times changed.

Old player that quit 3 years ago there was so many things i didnt like when i was done with this game like when they made clans 3.0 because that stopped all the fun’s hard stuff about the game and the amount of glitches this game had was the end of it for me.

I used to play so much before and loved it but only came back to realize the rocket jump has been removed from most weapons, you can’t tap dash with dash melees, no air dash, crazy overpowered one shot weapons, expensive items, too many currencies, all my credits reset to 0, annoying pop ups, overall it just feels slower and boring as it’s always 3catspam matches

I don’t know if you guys know this but there was this game called pixel field. It was inspired by pixel gun 3D. In my opinion. It had certain aspects that were batter than pixel gun 3D. However, pixel gun 3D was also better than it in certain ways as well. Pixelfield had many features that pixel gun 3D stole from it; such as raid. Yes, Pixelfield came up with the raid game mode.

My complaints: Too much focus on new weapons - Every single update is basically just 4 - 7 new weapons being added in. There is no focus on further issues such as QoL things, clan improvements / updates, anti-cheat, etc... Horrible economy - There are 6 currencies in the game however, gems are basically the most important one, but you can barley get gems (about 30 per day) as a f2p forcing players to spend money as new weapons cost ABSURD amounts of currency. You need to spend 600 - 1000 gems for a traders van weapon and even more for event weapons. Balance is a joke - Balancing in this game is an absolute JOKE. Every single new weapon is overpowered and obtained in like 30 minutes by p2w players, who will then proceed to absolutely annihilate and annoy everyone in the match. When balance changes are made, they do absolutely nothing to change things. Sometimes, it causes even more problems instead of improving things. Even if changes are made, not much will change as basically 75% of the weapons in the game one-shot you. I have way more complaints but currently can't put them down...

I have been playing since 2013 and this game has so many issues now. we went from having one main currency that is easily grindable and weapons you can buy and upgrade once or twice. now we have so many currencies, weapons are so unbalanced and upgrading is very expensive. i remember when van mythic weapons at max level were only 300 gems and now they are 500-900 gems. modules are so hard to get now. before they were balanced because raids gave you module chests. this game fr has 1 year left

Played the game for 10 years. Came back a few months ago, no improvements only downgrades

I stopped playing this game because 3catspam made me rage so much that I blamed the devs for introducing that feature. Don’t you dare get me started on the 3catspam set. No one asked for the Dev Team to promote 3Catspamers with a set for them, & it ruined Duels mode for the entirety of the Community Update that released in March 2021.

I hate that developers nerfed old op guns to the ground, and make everyone grind to get the new meta weapons and then later nerf them aswell.

I used to play this game a lot 2 years ago but I stopped because I went from iOS to Android. And it is stupid how they still didn't create a proper accounts system so that you can continue playing their game on a new device, it's literally in their interest, it's so stupid

I completely feel you. This is why I stopped playing PG. Ever since they added armor (it was okay in the beginning since it wasnt broken) and GEMS bro. GEMS is what made me completely quit. P2W is just, ridiculous. Then, armors got more upgrades and everything after I quit and thought about coming back till I saw that. Oh lord.

im a veteran whos played the game since 2014, and watching the developers kill the game i grew up with for years really saddens me. this game is really unfriendly to beginners, the matchmaking is insanely inconsistent, the prices of a lot of weapons, gadges and shop offers are way too high, and once you actually DO max out and reach lvl 65, there just isnt much to do. i still have the game installed so i can occasionally reminisce when i feel like it, but as the game is now? i can safely say i am retired and do not want to play this game in the current state its in.

I quit this game over a year ago. I really want this game to revive because it has so much potential. I used to be a level 65 player who was really close to getting a veteran weapon but then the game got too bad for me to keep playing it and I was done. I hope one day it becomes at least playable and I can finally get my first veteran weapon. At some point in my life I also grinded a lot in this game. I spent hours while I was ill just to get the vertical grap shit (or whatever it is called). And it's not the only time I grinded. And now, after over a year, this has become the first pg3d video I've watched and I am deeply sad to learn that it got even WORSE. Over a year ago when I quit, players, in fact even YOU, were doing the same things you are trying to do right now. Recommending devs what to do, but they don't give a sht. And more and more, there are just too many problems to talk about. In short, the only solution is to quit the game and maybe come back every year and watch new pg3d videos to learn if one day the game becomes playable once again, which is pretty much impossible but at least have a little hope. That is what I am doing. Today I was watching a Minecraft video and noticed TapL who used to be a pg3d KZfaqr a long time ago and searched pg3d videos on KZfaq. There is really nothing we can do other than quitting.

To be honest, the only things that I dont like about the game is matchmaking. Tbh you bring up valid points. They need to add more progression for f2p players, otherwise, the game will die.

I've played this game since 2015, it's just not the same like it use to be. It use to be fun and challenging, now it just feels like doing work over and over again.
