With such infinite power as those two ladies wield, it kinda makes me wonder how anything in comics could pose a threat to the planet.

Scarlet Witch said "no more sound" so Zatanna couldn't pronounce her spells anymore. But since Zatanna can still use her spells without saying a word, so she cast her last spell with telepathy.

In the main story line, Wanda is no longer the biological daughter of Magento but he still considers her as his daughter and Polaris still considers her as her sister. She isn't a mutant technically but her physical body now has ties to mutant kind.

And now we need a Zatanna movie, or at the very least a tv series!

Zatanna is a actually a very scary force within the justice league dark. Losing control could cause the end of almost everything. I wish Warner bros would invest more in these characters

As a hardcore marvel fan, it hurts to say this but I'm gonna give it to Zatanna; in comparison of abilities they're pretty similar, so from what I see the problem lies in individual skill. Zatanna had a handle on it from the start, and had someone to train her in magic from the get-go, whereas Wanda spent most of her life believing that her powers were simple luck of the draw mutant abilities that had a limit on what they could affect and not knowing that she could perform actual authentic magic until much later; not to forget the fact that Wanda is completely mentally unstable, and would most likely become careless and fall into fit of rage that the more level-headed and greater disciplined Zatanna would be able to exploit.

When I first watch this, I knew zatanna was gonna win I love scarlet witch/Wanda, but zatanna had more of a chance given the fact she was more level headed and she had her magic running through her vein as a child and train at a young age. Plus she neverr tempted to use dark magic due to her promise to her father thus never losing her sanity or power hunger to be powerful. I love the fact she was trained to use her thought to still use magic

The difference between Zatanna and Scarlet Witch is that Wanda was given one of the most powerful forms of magic, while Zatanna had to earn her rank and reputation to even be on the same caliber as Wanda even tho Z didn’t have Chaos Magic.

They did all of zatanna's recent feats but only did wanda's history basically and said H.O.M is her highest power feat when she literally became the goddess of chaos magic and is immortal. I do think the battle could go either way but they should of done equal amount of research on both characters.

VS Battles is less reliable for higher tiers self.CharacterRant It's no secret that VS Battles isn't a reliable source when wanting to determine how powerful a character is. But since the tier system is supposed to be exponential (i.e. the gap between High 1-A and and 1-A is supposed to be greater than that between a 1-A and a 11-C) you'd expect it to become more reliable the higher up you go, because there's less room for error. But this isn't the case, in fact the opposite is true, the higher you go the less reliable the Wiki becomes. quote- High 1-A | High Outerverse level: Characters who can affect and create/destroy states or realms which are completely transcendent over infinitely-layered Outerversal hierarchies and any extensions thereof, as well as the framework in which such entities are defined in the first place. Note that simply adding more "layers" to an already infinite 1-A hierarchy (or some structure of equivalent size) is not enough to reach this tier, and one must be completely external and unreachable by it in any form. maybe this video will explain BUT over the years since their inception the twins have thought many people were their parents. they were raised by the maximoffs so they thought they were their birth parents. then with his dying breath, papa maximoff said "im not your daddy". then they thought miss america (the og one not chavez) and whizzer were their parents (they too were at mount wundagore the night the twins were born giving birth their kids who were still born and bova lied and said the twins (wanda and pietro) were the whizzer's who refused the kids cause his wife died in childbirth. thats when they were adopted by the maximoffs. thats the first retcon of their parentage. next they brought in magneto cause they needed to do something with the twins and apparently that is mess with the paternity test cause thats the only storyline they get lol. when magneto was first thought to be their father they didnt believe it but through time and "hard evidence" they accepted it. that was the 80s. fast forward to the 20-teens and marvel changing the comics to be similar to the mcu: magneto is not the father. then years later: you are not mutants. turns out they are maximoffs since the maximoffs who raised them were their aunt and uncle. their mom is a witch, the scarlet witch hence were their magical potential comes from and why wanda is so powerful. on top of that they were experemented on by the high evoluntionary. so basically its magic speed quicksilver is doing lol they aint doing nothing with the character. they gave him a mini after this change happened and kinda gave him this "speed sight " thingy (its the speed force lets keep it real) but thats it. when they could have just let him embrace his gypsy witch roots and train with his sister so they can be a whole twin problem!
