For Eggless chocolate cake
1 cup milk
1+ ½ teaspoons vinegar
1+ ½ cup caster sugar
¾ cup vegetable oil
1+½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
For Salted Caramel Chocolate Ganache
1 cup caster sugar
½ cup butter
1+ 1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk chocolate
For Coffee Syrup
1 tsp coffee powder
½ cup sugar
¾ cup water
For Chocolate Drips
1/4 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup fresh cream

Hey Shivesh ! First of all a big thank you for always coming up with these bomb dessert recipes! This Death by chocolate cake looks no different. It's because of ONLY YOU that we have survived this pandemic, which started with trying out mug cakes and then Apple Cinnamon cake, Rasmalai Tres Leches cake and the list is endless. With the Borosil oven I would definitely love to try out all your COOKIE recipes since they bake the best in an OTG. Also would love to try out FOCCACIA and BRIOCHE breads since bread making has always been a little horrifying to me. With borosil OTG, I would definitely try to overcome all those fears and try a lot more stuff from your channel, that gorgeous CHOCOLATE CAKE TIRAMISU (with lady fingers made from scratch) tops the list 😍

Hey Shivesh! I am a vegetarian and i spent most of my growing years being told that soft beautiful cakes could not be made without eggs. With you, and with your remarkable videos, I now bake deliciously soft eggless cakes 😁. I usually cook without a oven or a microwave so more often than not I'd fail as it's very hard to control the stove and checking again and again hinders the process. But your recipes helped me sooo much, i still remember the first cake that i baked and came out perfectly was your devil's chocolate cake. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SHIVESH. If i win the giveaway I'll cook the rainbow cake and the bento cake in it. I'll also use it for roasting beans and savoury items like soup as oven is more gentle on the ingredients in a recipe and it brings out the flavour more efficiently in some foods. Hey Shivesh , I discovered your channel 2 years ago while I was looking for an eggless banana bread and my mom said that there will be no point of watching the videos as we do not have an oven, had been trying my luck in baking different recipes in kadhaai but again it is very difficult cause we can’t really adjust the temperature. With this borosil oven I would be able bake a variety of recipes because of its great features of temperature and time control . I would love to bake your eggless macarons , great fudgy brownies and ofcourse this delicious chocolate cake !!!

Oooohhhh, I would love to make a full course meal with the oven. I'd make a great roast chicken with mashed potatoes and follow it up with two huge slices of the "Shivesh's Bday Special Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting".It has been and still remains my favorite recipe from your channel. Hey shivesh First of all a big thanks for all the recipes you have shared. Your recipes have helped me to a great extent. When i started this journey I tried many recipes from KZfaq and one day as usual i was going through videos and fortunately your fudgy chocolate brownie video caught my eyes after that day I have been immensely grateful because I found one stop for all the baking recipes! Initially I was baking for close friends and family but then I started my small business (The Bake Walk) in lockdown and growing slowly. But genuinely it has been very tough journey for me to manage things with my Dal Bhatti cooker pan, foremost is you can’t really set temperature and that has what made it quite difficult for me. I really want to try all your recipes but i can’t really do that on gas and that’s why I’m looking forward to win this contest. If I win this I will definitely try macrons and cookies first, and offcourse cheesecakes🤤 And each and every recipe you have posted which I haven’t tried yet! I would love to bake everything in the oven , cupcakes , eclairs , swiss roll &, all type of cookies that u hv uploaded, although i had made the giant cookie in my moms 25 yr old round oven exactly like urs mom 32 yr old oven 😀... Ohh, I can literally make a whole meal with the help of oven like for starters baked potatoes then for main course pizzas and lasagna finally for desserts I can't even begin with brownie, cakes, macaroons, cup cakes and what not with the help of your recipe book. this chocolate cake looks scrumptious. definitely gonna try making this next time!I was very bored during the lockdown, didnt know what to do. So my daughter told me about your videos and ever since I've baked most of your cakes, and just loved all of them. I make all of these in a kadhaii only and get the best results and I love to share these bakes of mine with my friends, family and little grandchildren. I will definitely make a basic sponge cake. I know its not fancy schmancy but the most basic recipes are usually the most difficult to perfect. My cakes usually don't bake evenly so I hope the Borosil oven helps my cake cook beautifully and evenly :)

Your chocolate cake recipes are my absolute fav Shivesh...for a amateur teen baker you and your channel is a Blessing.I don't have an oven and bake usually in pressure cooker but it becomes little difficult and dangerous to bake stuff in it.I would love to try this mouth watering recipe 'Death by Chocolate Cake' in the 30 L borosil oven for my parent's anniversary next week.I love borosil's range of microwave safe bowls which makes cooking so easy and would love to have an oven too. :)

Hi Shivesh..First of all absolutely amazing recipe. Would like to say I see you as a mentor in the baking world, your recipes are so simple and easy to make. Me and my mom both love recreating your recipes. I would definitely make this death by chocolate cake to begin with and the next thing i want to try is making bagels. My mom also tries her hand at baking with me often so this will be a great gift for her. Keep inspiring the people around you ❤️

I always wanted to bake. I want to bake cakes, cupcakes and breads. Baking has been my dream for so long!! With an oven and Shivesh's instructions, I'm sure I will bake fantastic things and a delicious chocolate cake for the party we're planning to throw when my granny turns 100 this year!
