Diabolos makes its big return in Beyblade Burst Sparking with Death Diabolos .4T.Mr' 1D and Abyss Diabolos .5.F' 1S! Very interesting that Takara Tomy decided to release these Beys in Random Booster, making all of us BBGs have to buy so many boosters to get the full set haha! We were always curious to see what the evolution of Diabolos was going to be like because it received such a large upgrade in Beyblade Burst GT when moving up to Master Diabolos. Master Diabolos wasn't a combo that benefited from an electric Driver, but the Generate Driver was so bulky and round that it had similar characteristics. Changing spin directions was also super easy, so it's interesting that Takara Tomy decided to separate Diabolos again back into two different Rings. Death Diabolos is a bit bulkier of a combo and seems to have better upper attack stats. The Merge' Driver has been around for a while and it can be hard to control. Abyss Diabolos' combo is pretty tame too, but specializes more in the smash attack category. Both the Beys have very tight locks thanks to the dash Drivers, but don't perform amazing.
Our conclusion? This new gen of Diabolos seems like a bit of a downgrade from Master Diabolos! Even the original Diabolos was a bit more interesting. Venom/Erase Diabolos had that iconic Bullet Driver that made it so famous, although it wasn't good in battle at all, but still made the release worth buying. Both Death Diabolos and Abyss Diabolos would benefit from some customizing for sure!

Death and Abyss Diabolos' release is pretty interesting since it came in a Random Booster! What do you BBGs think of these two Beys? Do you find it odd that they reverted Diabolos back to two separate Rings in order to change spin and performance? Would have been nice to see the flip design again. Both Merge' and Fusion' have been around for a while, so it would have been nice to see some new Drivers, too! Hope you enjoy the unboxing 👌

Currently my favorite sparking combo is king helios wheel universe 1S. It seems a bit counter intuitive but I've had great results with it. It does run the risk of bursting from serious hits by sparking beys but the weight, life after death, and spin steal against right spinning types makes up for that. It is even holding its own against left spin powerhouses like rage longinus. Interesting thing I've noticed about my sparking beys is that the ring is the real determinant in how tight the combo is. The tight rings push the chip higher up, pulling the driver up more and engaging the spring more. Compare a really loose ring like glide to a tight ring like brave and you can see what I mean. There's a good 1mm+ difference. The locks on the chip also come into play to a lesser degree, with the valkyrie chip having thicker grips to lock into the driver but a slightly cutoff grip length making it slightly tighter but requiring less clicks to burst. It's fun seeing how attack chips and rings play with the 1S chassis and Wheel disk. Even though a sturdy attack disk and chip are essentially unburstable on a double chassis, they can hold their own even with a single chassis and heavy wheel disk.

You should use the clear white Revolve and Wheel from this booster to make Rangiro's Ragnaruk, since it is a white recolor. That way you don't have to get another Ragnaruk, and you can battle them.

The purple sublayer part are actually the same with Death and Abyss ring. Maybe having a flippable ring in this release would be kinda advance since that kind of gimmick would usually be at the end/near the end of the series/toyline. Sad that's this won't be showing up in the anime.

if you dont like the stock combos you could always change them. Maybe giving Both Diabolos beyblades a double chassis might help maybe going with 1A 2A 2b on death and Abyss could use the same double chassis its all about customizing

how good / better are these new beys compared to years older ones? is it recommended to upgrade to newest beys or can you still use old beys? for example i just found 2 old beys i had years ago , phantom orion and hell kerbecs and they bought me back to beys and back to this channel after forgetting about them for so long.

i see your reviveblastjinnius and i want to tell you a combo 1 you need revive pheonix the armor and the layer 2 you need 0 disc or yell disc 3 you need extend plus or dimension dash 4 you take the armor put the armor under the pheonix layer and the 0 disc will hold the armor and then put the extend plus or dimension dash
