I also have a theory. Cassandra said than Rapunzels destiny is hers, and according to this theory, Rapunzel is supposed to die. But at the end Cassandra dies.(later Rapunzel brings her back)

Something I don't understand is why Cassandra was so obsessed with taking the moonstone suddenly it was completely random I know she felt jealous of Rupunzel but it was strange
