This is a Death Scythe, Spirit's Weapon Form, that I made from some pvc and fiberboard. This one is almost 6 feet tall and the blade sticks out almost 3 feet. It's 4 lbs and can be broken down into three parts

the blade and shaft form the 3 parts, the shaft splits in two. The blade effect was made by using a semi gloss black over a gloss black spray paint

pretty simple, just some pvc pipe for the shaft and the shape of the blade cut from fiberboard. just a screw holding them together

more pvc O_O there are smaller pipes on the inside that allow the two sides to fit together ^_^

I wish I Could see how you put all this together because I'm planning on cosplaying as Dr. Stein this October but I have no idea how to go on about making the scythe. I have the materials but as I said before got no clue how to put it altogether any tips?

This should help a lot! Not that I'm trying to cosplay as spirit and throw this scythe to anyone that happens to be Lord Death or Dr. Stein and pretend that's me by hiding... What? I /Love/ Halloween and It's tiring being a cat every year

pvc and fiberboard mostly. I wouldn't recommend it though, tiny arm + big blade = break
