2:22 - 2:52 when i heard it for the first time i said "this band is the best metal band of all time" I m a Maiden fan but this is clearly on another level ! This is not death metal , this is prog death but ... i mean, this is an undefinable genre, i know that we can find more technical prog metal bands but music is not only technique, it ' s also creativity, Chuck was an unmatchable genius in my opinion.

Yeah most of deaths solos are pretty mindless and boring, and some actually give me anxiety like crystal mountains harmony part, but they fit the style very well and do their job.

Well, there's the band Death to all for the moment, with initial members from Death, but without Chuck, his voice is just put above the songs during the lives.
