Its funny when you and I were talking at Cleetus and Cars Indy about Jason needing to stop being so scared to lay into it during his burnouts. Then he goes out and does what he did at the FF. What a good run, will you guys be in Indy this year?

yes, plan to have the 2 for sure. if the crank can be saved maybe but i'm doubting death trap will be out anytime soon

It'll all come together! Things just happen to workout when you work as hard as you guys do!

Such a shame. Love Deathtrap. Glad the rest of the fleet is at least okay.

You'll get it figured out. But like the whole.... need the money to fix the motor so we can go further into debt. Pretty much sums up burnout contests. Haha and I'm all for it.

Do you guys run cutters behind the back tires that immediately slice off any rubber that is still attached to the tire and spinning around destroying stuff?

Going to weld some on tomorrow night in fact 👍👍

Hey Adam I need your help a little. Me and my brother are entering into the burnout competition of C&C Indy. The rules for the entry say that we need a “transmission blanket.” Do you guys run a transmission blanket? We don’t know if this applies to all cars or not. Also do we have to cover the interior transmission or part or not.

Totally sucks about the engine in Death Trap. Any idea what caused the carnage other than excessive RPM for too long Have you thought about talking to Kevin Smith (KSR) about the design of his “tire shedder” that he made for his burnout car to help protect the fenders/wheel wells. I think he also made a heavy gauge fender liner if I remember correctly.

Even though it hurts to say so, maybe its time to go to all factory blocks and cranks to minimize the cost when hurting blocks and cranks.
@bradcollins74523 ай бұрын
would be nice but they would last about 2 seconds at this power and RPM they are turning

We might have some good options coming our way soon. 😏

@@bradcollins7452 theres no shortage of methanol burning blown ls1 stock block stock bottom end burnout cars in australia and we dont have them in the junk yards like you guys do . and still on a stock oil pump and pan aswell . some guys run an extra litre of oil someguys change there oil every skid . definatly less boost and rpm ( if your playing the long game ) they all turn into a handgrenade eventually even the one with all the fruit in side em . i got say though the oil in that engine has a lot of meth in it im thinking look at that as the reason for failure
