My dad looked just like that skinny 'beanpole' guy, but in his day (in the 1950s), he was locally famous for his strength - his 'party trick' was to carry a 16 stone man and a couple of sacks of corn on his shoulders. He didn't just lift them either - he could jog around the farmyard with them. Even into old age, he was insanely strong!

Thanks! We didnt wanna be on that cornice as the weather was kinda shitty that day. Foggy most of the day with minimal windows of clear sight. I was trying to go up because it felt skeptical. Two riders were on that cornice before i passed

1:38 I saw that when I was at the gym with my brother. This guy walks in, pretty thin and his arms were not big at all but we saw him bench something way more than what looked like was possible for him. We were confused to say the least.

I'm actually baffled at that guy lifting 400lbs. Where is he hiding all the muscle??? Edit: I appear to have started some sort of argument in the replies. I would like to let you know that I myself am a female bodybuilder, and I'm just confused at how he managed to stay so slim while _I'M_ the one with estrogen and got bulky.

I was born and raised in Chicago and that last scene of the lakefront was breathtaking! While teenagers, we used to go to Oak Street beach and always had a blast. Retired in in the Sunshine State of Florida now.
