1. Pep - Treble winner, serial winner 2. Klopp - Has had some turbulent seasons, but ultimately he's been incredibly unlucky with Liverpool, hasn't always been backed, and bossed it at Dortmund 3. Arteta - Definitely looks promising, very good season and squad building, but hasn't proven it enough yet. 4. Howe - Worked wonders with Bournemouth on a small budget, did well to turn Newcastle around last season, revolutionised the likes of Joelinton, Krafth, Longstaff etc. Finished top 4 ahead of schedule 5. Poch - Worked wonders with Spurs, screwed by Levy. Done alright at PSG, not amazing but it's a cursed chalice. Honestly could be tight with Emery and maybe Ten Hag but he's done it at a higher level than Ten Hag and plays better football than Emery, his Spurs side could've done very well if not for Levy and an unfortunate VAR call. 6. Emery - Incredible turn around with Villa after Gerrard, 4 Europa League titles, and bettered Poch's record at PSG, arguably better than Poch but I think his playstyle just lets him down, but I wouldn't blame anyone for disagreeing. 7. Ten Hag - Surprised people rate him so highly on this list. Definitely a very promising manager, and has had a very good season with United, and obviously bossed the UCL at Ajax, but I dare say that if Chelsea, Liverpool, and Spurs didn't have horrendous seasons, would he have had the season he's had? Obviously this would ripple down to Newcastle, Brighton, Villa etc. all the way down the table, but they've punched far above even where they would've been if those teams didn't fall apart. Ten Hag is ahead of schedule by 2 or 3 places, barely ahead of Newcastle, and at one point it looked like Liverpool might even catch them. I definitely like him, and he'll do well, but I think people are rating him pretty high pretty early. 8. Dyche - This guy doesn't get the praise he deserves, dude kept Burnley in the league for 6 years, got promoted twice, and qualified for Europe with the most underfunded team in the league, they relied on free agents, we saw the likes of Marvin Sordell, Dale Stephens, Aaron Lennon, Peter Crouch signing on frees or cheap deals all while selling assets like Trippier, Ings, Heaton, Keane etc. And while people talk down about his style of play, he hasn't really been given a chance to change it, Burnley had no money to change the squad, it's only after going down and changing ownership that Kompany has been afforded the chance to rebuild the squad, I genuinely believe Dyche could change the style if given an actual Premier League budget. 9. De Zerbi - Bit of an unknown quantity not too long ago, so again, maybe gets overrated a bit but he's done well with Brighton to finish in European spots despite the overhaul with Potter, Cucurella, Bruno Saltor, Dan Ashworth all going out the door, he's done maybe even better than Potter, despite Potter's good start to the season. He's overperformed with Sassuolo consistently and has played a good style of football with most of his clubs, regardless of which part of the table he's fighting for, he's even managed to garner attention from the likes of Pep for his style of play which has been adopted to a degree by those around him. Definitely an early shout and could look bad in the future, but seems like a future star. 10. Frank - Worked wonders with Brentford with a smaller budget, good placings and good style of play along with some giant killings (much like Brighton), could certainly attribute some of it to the recruitment and moneyball analysis, but he's definitely elevated the game of those players. 11. Lopetegui - Wolves were bottom of the table, essentially without a striker. Jimenez ain't the same since injury, Kalajdzic was out for the season, and Costa is long past it, they finished 13th, it's a genuine miracle, they were the lowest scoring side in the league, add that to the Europa League at Sevilla, and his strong performances with Spain and he's clearly a good coach, but he is dragged down by his horrendous reign at Real, a sacking at Porto after failing to win the league, and the unfortunate fact that he didn't get to attend a tournament with Spain. 12. Moyes - Excellent tenure for over 20 years in the Prem. He's surely had his downs with Sunderland and West Ham, but his work at Everton was incredible, and not many have had a better season than Everton's 4th placed finish. Time has been kind to him in regards to his United tenure given the failures of Van Gaal, Mourinho, Solskjaer, and Rangnick. It's fair to suggest he may still not have been the right man, but I think it's fair to suggest the job he was left was not as easy as it looked at the time and he maybe deserved more time in hindsight. And of course, we can't forget that he topped it all off with West Ham's first trophy win in 20 years 13. Postecoglu - Dominated the SPL after Celtic's lowest point in a decade where Rangers won the league unbeaten. Won a multitude of honours across Australia and Japan domestically and internationally, won Australia's first silverware in a decade, their only Asian Cup to date, and put up competitive displays in the World Cup in a difficult group. There's certainly a shroud of mystery around him, and a few question marks whether he's ready for Spurs, but his record and style of play speak for itself. He has a good chance of performing well with Spurs. 14. Silva - Incredible overperformance this season, everyone had Fulham tipped for relegation, many not even 18th. However, a slight regression in the second half of the season with Mitrovic's form dipping and his ban, as well as massive XG overperformance at both ends of the pitch by Leno and Mitrovic both finishing top 5 in PSXG and the Top Scorer charts respectively, as well as previous failures with Watford, and Everton suggest he could be in for a rude awakening next season and potential sack candidate. However, worth noting he put up a worthy fight at Hull in 2017 after joining in January, bottom of the table with a depleted squad and managed to scrape his way into 18th before an unfortunate relegation. This one could go either way in the next year or two. 15. Hodgson - Behind Moyes as the 2nd most Prem games managed of any active manager, he's served his time well, winning titles across Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden, as well as continental silver medals with Inter and Fulham, after demolishing Juventus 4-1 and beating the then Bundesliga holders, Wolfsburg. He seemingly performed a miracle last season as he took Vieira's 13-match winless run with a side that couldn't score to save their lives and keep them well out of the relegation battle after scoring bagloads of goals. His career is a very mixed bag with excellent spells at Fulham, Palace (twice), West Brom, and Switzerland, Sweden, and Denmark, but with horrible spells at Inter, Liverpool, England, and Watford. Hard to say how he'll be viewed over time, but I dare say he's underrated, maybe even by myself. 16. Cooper - Did very well last season with extenuating circumstances with an incredibly bloated squad, and we saw the affects an issue like that can have on a manager as good as Graham Potter, although maybe not to the same degree. However, has to be said that he isn't quite out the woodwork just yet. Seems to have the backing of the fans and the board due to his style of play and performances with Forrest, Swansea, and the England youth setup, even achieveing promotion ahead of schedule, but now he needs to trim the fat on the bloated squad and ensure survival with minimal investment the coming season. 17. Iraola - Admittedly don't know much about him, seems to have performed incredibly with Mirandes, ending a 92-year streak without reaching a cup SF, before repeating the feat with Rayo Vallecano and achieving promotion, before finishing 11th and turning down a Leeds offer last January. Should be one to watch, especially with the new financial backing at Bournemouth. 18. Kompany - Very exciting play with Burnley and managing promotion with huge turnover stylistically and among personnel, definitely one to watch and clearly fans are excited due to his name and links with Pep, but I fear he's being praised too soon, despite his failure at Anderlecht and his lack of success in any top flight. I have hope for Kompany, but he could be next in the long line of elite players who struggled to manage - Lampard, Gerrard, Shearer, Keane etc. 19. Heckingbottom - Again, don't know much about him, but he did well to keep up with Kompany's high flying Burnley last season, he's worked under Wilder at Sheffield Utd, and managed a promotion with Barnsley, before finishing 9th in the Championship. However, I'm not convinced by his squad, nor his failures at Leeds or Hibs, but happy to be proven wrong. 20. Edwards - Third time's the charm, don't know him that well. Love the story of Watford fans and everyone's most-hated manager, Nathan Jones, seeing Rob Edwards sacked by Luton rivals Watford in September, before taking over from Jones at Luton in November and guiding the team to promotion. That said, much of the squad and style was built by Nathan Jones and the rest of the backroom, and the team were doing fine before Edwards arrived, he's certainly done well, but it remains to be seen how much of that was down to him. Also alarmed by his horrid record at Watford, leading to the sacking after 11 games, and his major lack of experience even at the Championship level, let alone Premier League. Achieved well with Foret Green Rovers in League 2, but I think this is a huge toss-up, he could be the next Graham Potter or be gone by October Yes, I spent far too long on this, didn't think it would take this long when I started, but when I realised it was in for a penny, in for a pound. I look forward to all your flaming

Arsenal bias is unreal 😆 Arteta is not better than Pochettino, he can't be even compared to Klopp. Pochettino finished fifth, third, second, third and fourth with Spurs and he reached Champions League final with them. In 16-17 season he finished second in PL on 86 points, 7 points behind Chelsea. On the other hand Arteta finished 8th, 8th, 5th and 2nd. Last season he finished on 84 points, 5 behind City. In season before last he bottled Champions league qualification at the end of the season, so you have very short memory. And of course he won one FA Cup. So calm down little bit. There are levels. It is Guardiola then Klopp and then few levels below are the likes of ten Hag, Arteta, Pochettino and Emery.
