Following pregnancy, I noticed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I took action to remedy it. I chose a wellness-focused strategy. I took care of my diet, eating nutrient-rich foods, specially those high in Protein, Biotin. I worked out regularly and engaged in yoga for stress control. I just stayed away from styles that pull on my hair and quit using heated styling tools to prevent hair stress. I also started using LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo combined with a neem wood comb. The result was hair fall control and the return of my hair.

So nice to see u healthy.....I too delivered twins in emergency @ 35th week....my kids were kept in NICU ...I only rested 1& half day & started walking b'coz I ve to feed my kids every 2hrs going to NICU...women's specialy mother's are really great, who 4rget themselves & thinks abt new born life...all done b'coz ur video's motivated so much

So nice video ❤ I delivered baby 3months ago by C section and underwent the same situations as you mentioned ❤May it be recovery, emotions , postpartum body n what not ❤ you made me relive those beautiful moment from the day of delivery to till date … As you said, if end is good all is well , and it’s all worth it , yes absolutely !!
