I heloc sound great but obviously is a trap bcz work like a credit card u dont have access to a penny on cash

what if your on disability and have house worth 345 and owe 40 with 560 credit and need to fix your roof to pass inspections to change insurance cause your present insurance is about to kill you.need to get at least 25k to fix the roof.think I'll have a problem?

The problem with a HELOC is that the interest rate is adjustable. 2023 its at over 8% and probably going to go higher. I felt like you didn't address this enough. I have to ask why you have plastic between you and microphones, it looks silly when watching.
