Good to see the Decatur meet is still going strong. We used to go to that one, had a spot inside the women's building (the only one with heat). Last year we went was 2001, I sold a lot of Earnhardt stuff. I would still like to go to this meet, but it's a 6 hour drive from Houston.....each way. Gotta sell a LOT to make it worth it.

We used to have a payphone in our building some years back. When I started in 2005, it was gone, but the booth was still there. It's gone now. It was an old wooden booth and from some of the older folks, it was probably working through the early 2000s. By then everyone had cell phones. I think I got my first cell phone around 2001 or so. No, those 1967-1972 trucks are pretty hot as are most "decent" projects now. The pricing is getting out of hand for everything. Yes, those are fairly rare "LSI" Camaro seats from a 3rd generation. Yes, sometimes the best deals are had at the end of a swap meet because the person doesn't want to have to pack it all up. Some money is better than no money. I have a pair of 15x7s as well. They were free with the parts car I got in 2002. A few mid 1990s or so Waterloo made Craftsman toolboxes would have gotten my attention, although I'm pretty good now. LOL. Yes, 15x8 wheels are typically for WS6 cars. That's a rugged duty road box, so those sell for more than the average top chest. I've paid less for a Craftsman Commercial unit (but it's a bit smaller). I've never paid $500 for any toolbox I have. The most I've paid is maybe $85 for any one of the ones I have. I have two Snap On units---a 1955 side box and a 1983 KRA59F. Both were given to me.

You should have bought that Hobart welder. That's a good price at $200 and you might could have gotten it for cheaper for like $175 or so.

Terrific meet, you covered a lot of goodies. Next time SLOW DOWN ! We are about to look at something, then you move.Its not about trying to cover everything, its about "snapping" from item to item. Takes away from the enjoyment of the video. Sorry, trying to be helpful for you and us.
