Lagos, Nigeria is a place that the world needs to know about!
Help me spread that message by sharing this video or any content that is moving the narrative of what is actually in the motherland.
We've seen enough of the foolishness and one-sided approach of coming to Africa for safaris, its time to show what really goes down!
Let's show the world how we. . .
-Create
-Explore
-Party
-Eat
and bring the most amazing energy and vibes you will ever feel.

Everyday in December, there are multiple Concerts to choose from, ranging from the Biggest Gospel Concerts in the World (#theExperience) to Secular Concerts, to the ones organized by the Lagos Government (#OneLagosConcert). Mehn.... it's just out of this world, I can tell you that for free. I really love my City #Lagos #Eko

I am Ugandan Canadian and I will admit that fufu really holds you up. I hadn't had it in a while and last time I was in Houston, I had gone without food all day - just super hectic to eat - anyway I grabbed some from this Nigerian joint and man it really hit the spot - I went all day next day without food and I was still firing on all cylinders lol. Only thing i wish they didn't do is mix meat with fish, I like meat alone and fish alone; Nigerian restaurants give me a hard time when i ask them to sort it out. I have watched Jabril before a year or so back, I am glad this was recommended in my feed. I would like to connect with you guys for networking.

Because there isn't much to see. TayoAina does a better job. Lagos doesn't have a lot of infrastructure. The elites made sure of that. Lagos has CHARACTER. More character than any of the new cities in the middle east and with the exception of Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macau, and Tokyo has more character than the rest of the large asian cities. Lagos failed to build the infrastructure which makes travel inside the city frustrating, and a hassle. When the infrastructure is built, and poverty is reduced then you'll see real change. That must come from a grassroots movement to root out and destroy the corrupt elements that have crippled that country.

Nigeria is a dangerous place. Lagos is a very difficult place to live. The government undermined the people before the infrastructure was built which is why you don't see functioning cities ANYWHERE in nigeria. There is culture in Nigeria, but don't get it twisted the outlook of Nigeria will not be rosy without structural change.

@livingforever6157
@livingforever6157 3 жыл бұрын
Nigeria is dangerous. When I talk about security it's not just about boko haram. The majority of people in Nigeria are good people, but desperation and a lack of infrastructure due to corruption has helped to create crime and terrorism. You have Boko Haram. Instability in the southeast. A destroyed delta region. Deep poverty in many parts of the country which has lead to crime in the big cities especially in Lagos. Which is part of the reason why Nigeria's tourism numbers are low.

To be honest, I used the seek bar to skim through the video... 4:08 mark: I had to pause the video there and take a really hard look. I noticed very familiar face. After performing a search on the username, I realized, "I'll be damn!" We worked for the same previous company on different teams for a few years. I greatly enjoyed her company. She is a real trailblazer, highly passionate, and always moving forward. She clearly stood out as the leader of her team every time I had to link up with her team. I will highly suggest that you do not lose contact with her. Apart from that, good video. Keep up the good work.
