Hi there, welcome to my channel about all things budgeting! I am a cashless cash stuffer, meaning I use prop bills since I currently do all of my spending on credit cards (which I pay off every single paycheck and don’t gain any interest on!). That way I don’t have to go to the bank every single week or deal with gross bills! I also like to take advantage of the benefits banks can have, such as getting cash back for my credit card purchases and earning interest with my high-yield savings account. I did start with real cash, however, and I truly believe in the cash envelope system! But now I’m still able to stick to my zero based budget without being quite so strict! I’m continuing to stuff my envelopes with prop bills because it makes my budget feel more tangible, and helps keep me consistent and accountable. It allows me to feel more engaged with the entire process of budgeting, which is so motivating in my opinion! So I figured with this channel I can do what I already do while sharing my budget with others as I save for my future. My goal is to not just survive, but thrive! Hello! This seems so cool! I’ve avoided cash stuffing because I’m scared to lose it or get robbed. I love that you use props. Can you please make a video or recommend one on how I can get started using this system? It seems a little complex and I don’t want to mess up.

❤🎉 Happy New Year Love! I'd aim for a minimum of $1500 to start out for a pet (especially a pup or other young pet). That includes any adoption costs, food, first rounds of vaccinations, microchip, and other misc things (crate or cage, bowls, pee or training pads). But I could be overdoing it. 😂

I don’t have a pet but I saw a post on another video of someone saving for a pet (I apologize I can’t remember who several cash stuffers are saving for dogs right now). They advised holding off buying food and treats until you buy your pet in case you end up w/ a pet with allergies. This poster stocked up on food and then had to give it all away b/c of their puppy’s tummy issues. Another popular recommendation is pet insurance. Hope this helps and you can get your pet soon.

I think I’m leaning towards $1,500 too just to be safe! I’m pretty sure I’ll adopt/rescue, which definitely reduces the cost of everything at first from what I’ve heard!
