his delivery is horrible, ive seen people doing their first set ever do better than this guy. He just sounds like a kid in high school trying to make boring stories funny by adding a goofy expression at the end of each sentence, but it just ends up making the story less funny. No jokes, just boring stories and then a bad punch line at the end that just ends up being him trying to get the crowd to react.

Some people would try to use that sound machine to make themselves funnier or improve their act but it’s a hack thing to do.... but in this case it’s being used ironically and as a joke, making fun of someone who might genuinely do this, which is why it’s so funny. (This has been your first lesson in my class “Comedy 101” so to hear more subscribe to my channel!)

This guy must just be a really hard worker or something because I cannot understand how he has a comedy career. How is he trying to roast anyone? If his material is all like this I hope KZfaq never recommends his stuff to me again. Being there live may have made a difference in how you perceive it but in video form his energy was off, his timing was lacking and the ipad seemed like a crutch for his material to move it forward.
