► Information on the deck -
Bicycle Silver Steampunk Playing Cards is sort of the follow up edition to their first Steampunk release. I say sort of because the box is the same as the original Theory11 Steampunk Deck, except the coloring is silver instead of copper. The original USPCC Steampunk Deck was just a standard tuck box without all the foil and embossing. It's nice to see that they are finally moving in a positive direction when it comes to custom decks. They(Hopefully) are starting to grasp the concept that collectors want more than just a standard tuck box with unadventurous artwork that says Bicycle on it.
All that being said, it appears the only difference here is the tuck box. The two images I posted below are in black and white, but they do not appear to show any alteration of the design. Hopefully I am wrong about this and they did recolor the deck. I guess we will have to wait and see.
The deck is Air-Cushion Finished with beveled edges and a sandwich construction for enhanced game play. This deck is scheduled to be released on December 1, 2012.
