I only have one question about this war on fear? Where is the Fear of the Lord fall into this. My reason for this is that we the Body of Christ needs to understnad the difference between fear that is torment and the fear that honors God and is submitted to the Lord in everyway who keeps his commandments?

Yes it is not about warring against reverent fear. Which is the Fear of the Lord.
