I love decluttering so much! I used to declutter my friends houses for them, because it just felt so good. Although it’s a little sad as I’m being more and more a minimalist, I don’t really have anything to declutter.But that’s a good sign!

It's definitely a good sign! Sometimes it can be quite addictive but it's a tool and as long as it impacts your life positively it's healthy 🙂

@@Takeasec you should look into doing estate sales, a lot of times people don't want to deal with a house (emotional, etc). You get to sort and set it up to help them liquidate and make some money too. Win-win 😉

I’m doing this for a move and just about half way done. Thanks for the motivation!! I really needed it. Going through my clothes again and need to keep up with that. I suddenly have too many outfits after buying new ones and it creates way too much laundry!

How wonderful that you have realized at an early age how to enjoy a life with minimal belongings. I’m now in my fifties, living with my husband and grown son in a 3700 sq. ft. house for over 18 years now (in our current home). It’s shocking how much one can accumulate over the years. I wish at an early age I had been this enlightened but it was a different time then and people didn’t talk about minimalism. Now I envy those who have few material possessions. I am on a minimalism journey but it is that much harder to obtain after living for many years just accumulating clutter. Also I am the only one in my family who feels this way so I only have control over my things and some household items. Travel as much as you can while you’re young and healthy.😊❤️🙏

So freeing for you to close off one chapter of your life and be able to move on to the next. Will you be able to share a video sharing some of the things you maybe didn't think that you have might miss about life in England, but after having been gone for 1 1/2 years later came to realise you did. Traveling overseas and then returning to your home country always allows you to view everyday life with different eyes once you have experienced a different lifestyle to what you have always been used to.

Great vlog. I hope that you had safe travels. Did you end up selling everything that you needed to before you left? Also..I was wondering what you ended up leaving behind for the next renters at your apartment.

Thank you! 🙂 Yep we managed to sell everything we needed. If you go back to an old video you will see everything that came with the apartment but mostly it was just the sofa, kitchen table and chairs + bed 🙂

Happy you're back! ✨ I was on a working holiday visa so never intended to stay for more than 1.5-2 years. 😊 We moved back into the apartment for 5 months while we worked the winter season and lived in the van over the summer but aren't legally able to work in New Zealand for any longer than 12 months of our 23 month visa so we decided to leave after a year and a half, hope that makes sense 😂 💛

Some people are like sheep but not everyone is. I assure you I am not a sheep at all. I do not worry what other people are doing in life or their opinions about what I do. Mind you I live minimally purely as I live in a studio apartment in CH.
