I save all the big things that I still loooove and alter them! Some I do myself, some I bring to seamstress, it’s really cheap and saved me so much money on new clothes. Since it’s extra fabric, there’s no hard manipulations need to be done. Also I like the fact that I can also alter clothes not only to be smaller, but also feel even better than they did if that’s the case. But I love decluttering as well, a reason to get rid of things that don’t serve anymore! Love this video

I’m the opposite to you, nothing fits me anymore. I can only wear elasticated trousers, leggings, joggers my stomach bloats and deflates. I wear Large men’s t shirts to hide my stomach. I’ve decluttered and now I have no clothes that I actually like. 😢

At some point you become the thing you are trying so hard not to present as. Some of your content is going to come across as fatphobic as you go on to celebrate being in a smaller body, and make content specifically in reaction to this transformation. Because on the other side of that coin is the irrefutable statement that a larger body was a worse predicament than a smaller one for you, and a lionization of the advantages you gained by shrinking your body. In the same way you state your feelings in a matter of fact way, I think instead of continually attempting to straddle both camps, you might as well declare your politic (yes, fat hatred is a political system of oppression tied to all the rest) and carry on enjoying your life, self and body.
