I have watched Dark series and personally I did not liked the series that much, I dont know why there was so much hype for this series, in the 3rd season I reached to stage where I had to skip episodes just to know about the climax of the series. Direction is good but it boggles your mind to see so many characters, all of different ages , so personally I did not like it. Though others might have different opinions about it.

Please don’t judge me but being a mbbs(science) student i enjoyed “the big bang theory” more than friends. Let’s say friends is 100% great then bbt is 101%, i think this show is not so famous in worldwide yet so famous to get recognised because many of people don’t came from science background so they got a hard time understanding the science jokes.

Oh man, I love friends. I've noticed that after watching anything too much you get bored at one point of time and also you doesn't feel like watching anymore but whenever I watch friends, it doesn't bother me even one percent. It's so soothing. I mean, even when you don't feel like watching anything, you can easily watch friends. It's so relating, funny. I totally loved it and it was suggested to me by a friend.

I agree with dhruv on his opinions about friends....also yaa I can about all the reasons of criticism...but still like he said its like my medication...whenever I feel depressed or left behind..god knows this show helps me....I don't really care about what others say...everyone has different opinions so mine is that this is the best show for me...and no not single thing can replace it in my life...

I agree actually. They made jokes on the topics, but they didn't really make fun of them, and there's a difference between the two. The show did falter at quite some places, but being criticized of homophobia and transphobia doesn't have very solid backing, imho.

For me the biggest reasons it was able to connect with people across geographies was the fact that in F.R.I.E.N.D.S every character was forgiving in the end, they all accepted each other irrespective of their backgrounds & this is what people wanted to see in their real life too. They stuck with each other through thick & thin & that's what friendship is about. Everyone who watched it in India felt the need of the kind of support system that was shown in the show. Just speaks volumes on the state of our country's youth's ongoing struggle for support system outside of their families.

I felt like Dhruv ko ye ni kahna chahiye tha ki hamre dil mein jagah ni le paya ... kyonki usne to ab tak show dekha tha hi ni ... he doesn't know the feeling of the person who has watched every single episode 10 times ... all 10 seasons from start to end. Friends can never be replaced no matter what. Friendship like Joey and Chandler is amazing .... you can't love your wife as chandler does. Living carefree yet caring for others like Phoebe. Rachel who has all the money from her dad yet trying to live on her own and making a name out of it. I may come as strong on this but don't say hamare dil mein.... masum ladka dhruv.

I have never watched any series before but I’m watching Ertughul Ghazi and the show is very controversial and banned in various countries but I actually found it interesting and it’s quite popular as well . Rachel wasn't perfect, she had MANY flaws, BUT, she definitely shows gender equality, not because of her sex life, BUT because of her career paths, the way she changed from being a daddy's rich dumb girl to an independent woman who made her own choices in life.

Ive watched friends over 12 times now. And its very heartbreaking everytime it ends. I feel sad and then I re-watch the show. About its adaptation. The only show that came near friends to become an emotion in my heart is HIMYM. These two shows are all time favorites of mine. Nothing and no show comes anywhere near these two❤️
