I did not think we would see a time lapse that long, giving the fact it is just a slice of kiwi. Actually footage of it through that glass dome is pretty high quality. Good job)

Fun fact: the bubbling you see in a lot of @PhotoOwl videos where fruits start to decompose is carbon dioxide being produced by wild yeast eating the sugars in the fruit! Yeast is also responsible for the creation of alcohol when then degrades further into vinegar when exposed to air! Neat huh?

Well, the glass pretty much worked like a sealing. Otherwise the decomposition processes would've been much quicker and started earlier.

Why turn it into black and white for the last few seconds? The color transition from decomposed to bright green would’ve been really nice to see. Otherwise, great video!
