Please tell how he found the light that was out! We have four branches that have all the lights out. My husband used that gun looking thing to test the bulbs for hours with no luck.

@@mlucero9966 Home Depot has a Tester it is Yellow Looks like a Pen you turn it on ,,and touch each light it will crackle when you reach the bad one and beep

@ Carmen Cardwell, Thank you for trying to help me, Carmen. :) I too thought that's maybe where Rebecca purchased the tree but last month I searched both the Shinoda website, e-mailed & called only to come up empty handed (yes I was determined, lol) After watching the video several more times where she puts up the tree and has to call for help because the top portion of lights were out, she called a gentleman she referred to as her electrician at Canterbury Gardens, so I decided to investigate. (just call me Perry Mason, lol)...Turns out that gentleman was not truly an electrician but rather the owner of Canterbury Gardens, Dave Hansen, whom I presume she did quite a bit of business with since she had him on speed dial and he gladly came running to her call for help. 😊 Sadly though, after 36 years in business, Canterbury Gardens closed earlier this year. 😢 I then searched the photo file on their old website and there I found the tree. Mystery solved, but not quite, so I decided to dig a wee, deeper. I knew if I could reach Dave Hansen, surely he could tell me where he purchased the tree or if he knew another who sold the same tree. Upon finding his contact info online, I telephoned him and he actually answered and was very kind listening, as I explained my reason for calling. He knew the exact tree I was referring to (which came in 7&1/2ft & 9ft like Rebecca's)He told me that he special ordered a few hundred every year but can no longer get them as the large wholesale manufacturer in China only accepts huge orders now for 1000's of trees and they didn't think there was a big enough market for a pricier tree. However, I think the $400.00 he sold the 7 &1/2ft tree for & the $600.00 he sold the 9ft tree for was a reasonable price for a truly unique & higher quality tree. Even though Canterbury Gardens closed, Dave still sells trees during the Christmas season, so I gave him all my contact info. and asked him to please let me know if the time ever comes in the future that he once again can get that tree and he promised to do so. Although not the outcome I had hoped for, it was truly pleasurable speaking with this kind gentleman and also rewarding having solved the CHRISTMAS TREE MYSTERY! Which by the way, he quite fondly referred to as the Robeson tree! 🥰 Merry Christmas Everyone! 🌲
