Harper's face when she was going to get the stitches....heartmelt. She is the cutest and so calm. Gerard please give Alyssa a hug. She needs it. She was clearly shaken that her baby needed stitches. It's not easy being parents. Applause for the two of you.

I think the nutcrackers will be nice by the stairs. It is like they are announcing your family entering the living room to gather together and open gifts after Santa arrives. I believe it adds to the magic of Christmas 🎁🎀

I think the nutcrackers would look great to the left of the fireplace to balance out the height and grandiosity of the big beautiful tree! Looking forward to part two...hope you get more furniture in soon!

My youngest daughter got bit on her lower lip by a dog. Urgent care doesn’t do stitches on the face at all because they said it was cosmetic, and suggested a cosmetic surgeon. However the Emergency room will do the stitches, so that’s where we went!!

My little sister was running and fell on the stairs hit her chin and hit her tongue open and had to go to the ER but they couldn’t do anything just sent her back home with my mom with some gauze

I, myself had that same injury as Harper. I had my ear top stitched at my Ear specialist- ripped cartilage. It healed beautifully. (Weird vertigo incident)

I sliced my right ear open in about the same spot! SteriStrips did great (but my ear is bigger than sweet lol Harper’s). We nurses-no one else has SteriStrips in the house lol. P.S. try on either side of the stairs. Def not at fireplace, too close together!

Went with a relative to the eye doc last year, they had the coolest tree. It was pre-lit, played several songs, lights danced with music, and it rotated.

I already looked at other comments BUT I vote for the stairs as well. When you showed it as option #2, I yelled out “YEAH!” before even seeing the third option. I used to collect nutcrackers and they were all over the house at Christmas (not quite as big, though 😉).

If you move the tree closer to right towards the sliding glass doors- you can slide the Nutcrackers on both sides of the tree. It would look amazing ♥️

I love #3 because it brings all together but kinda of cuts of the stairs...I prefer #2 on each side of the stairs fits beautifully but could be in the way with young kids playing or coming down/going up stairs. It already looks gorgeous even if not done. Edit : Or just move them around once a week 🤣

I think you should put the Nutcrackers By the stairs, that will make it look more festive. And then you can add some lights on the stairs also. No need to decorate the mirror

Where did you get the Nutcrackers!? My daughter danced in 17 Nutcracker ballets. Every year . She was all the different parts. Leads, seconds, dolls, Russian, Spanish, part children, Clara, etc. Our lives were built around it. She was in news stories , her teachers came each year. It was so much fun. I made costumes, props. Head pieces, etc. Laid Marly floor, hung lights, gels, ...backdrops. I would like to get her some for her new home.

I agree with one of the commenter about the stairs being too risky. Too much movement by stairs for such large items with children in the house. I like them flanking the mirror, all you need to do is put a decoration, maybe an arch made of Christmas reef to close the space between the height of the head of the Nutcrackers. It will give it balance. Otherwise, flanking the fireplace would be also more safe, shift the tree to the right and put the Nutcracker in that space on the right. My fingers are crossed you will forgo the stairs although it seems to have the most votes, it seems to not be the most safe.
