DIY Painted Easter Eggs. Watch how I decorate Eggs with spring patterns using Acrylic paints!
You can use wooden eggs, hardboiled eggs, or hollowed out eggs (I show you how in the video!)
Decorating Eggs is one of my favourite things to do at this time of year. They make a great easter table decoration or a great activity to do with your Kids!

☾ YOU'LL NEED
○ Some paint brushes of varying thickness'
○ A Pencil and Rubber
○ Acrylic Paints, any brand will do just fine, but I used: Winsor and Newton Galeria Acrylic paints. Titanium White, Cadmium Red Hue, Naples Yellow, Process Yellow, Deep Turquoise, Mars Black and Prussian Blue Hue
○ Water and Tissue for cleaning brushes
○ A Palette for your paints
○ Something to rest your egg on whilst you paint, I'd recommend a small roll of tape of a toilet roll!
○ Hairdryer- If you're impatient like me!
○ And finally, some eggs! You can use wooden, ceramic, hardboiled or hollowed out eggs

I followed along using a much smaller egg, then sprayed the finished product with Krylon clear coat. Love the colors you chose! Very bright and cheerful.

Love this idea, really wish you would share the colour mixing process - I am at a loss at how to turn the colours you used into the lovely colours on the egg!x

Thanks so much for this video! I wondered what kind of pencil (what thickness) and brushes (how thin/small) you are using. I’ve painted on canvas, but you inspire me to try giving this a go!

Those colors are beautiful! Which colors did you mix to get that beautiful pink, yellow, and shades of blue/green? The yellow looks different on the egg than your pallet.

Can we eat the eggs after painted with acrylic? I think it's okay since it's only the egg skin, but some people said it's poisonous ?

Fr. I can’t find a single video of someone painting a real damn egg. Every time they start out with a real one or put a real one in the thumbnail and then switch it to a wooden egg like we aren’t gonna notice. This one is prob the worst though bc why even take the time to drain the yolk from the egg and do all that work for nothing? 😂 I’m so confused
