We came to Homme House just to watch you Meg 🙂 My daughter Tamzin is a big fan and insisted on going. She took the video of you over the water jump and I was cameraman at the show jumping! Great vlog and well done to you and DD 🐴 great performance and a well deserved 2nd place 🥈

Glad to see the three of you out eventing. I adore Dee and I totally agree with the judge, you and Dee really are on the same wave-length. Out of all of your horses, I feel she actually gets it and fights not just for you but also for the win.

Omg Meg, I’ve not heard the word cretin in absolutely bloody years!!! Also, it’s bonkers that we were watching Tom McEwen on tv at the Olympics an now on Elphick Event Ponies vlog! That’s brilliant, although I couldn’t actually tell it was him, you could’ve pointed to any random man and I’d of believed you. It’s very difficult to tell with hats on lol!! Super job at Homme House DD, Meg & super stripes Hobbit herself 😂 I do agree, you can’t beat a good stripe ! Xxxxxx

Just remember we know nothing about that horse at the end of the day and Tom probably knows him inside out, i understand your concerns but at the end of the day he’s the rider and I don’t think he’d put one of his horses at risk. Every horse is different and moves in a different way :) the horse is also likely to be pretty young meaning it may not have developed its Trot fully

I loved the Tom footage mixed in with yours. It reminded me of a Thelwell cartoon strip, with Tom and his tall, elegant, long striding thoroughbred loping effortlessly across the screen, followed by you and your short legged furry monster charging here, there and everywhere 🤣 Well done for the competition, you did great 🥰
