Thank you so much for your help. Bought a new battery from Amazon £18 and now it works fine. Easy to replace the battery, just undo a small plug and plug the new one in, screw the cover back on and it’s done.

Hi Sharing, I replaced for a new battery and the deebot is still not charging. It connects and the blue light comes on but after 3 blinks it shuts off again. What do you suggest I do next? Hate throwing it out as it's relatively new.

Khind VC9X6A , first i thought the battery died, so i swapped to new battery with the same voltage and capacity, it ran alright and return to the dock when running low. The LED blinks while charging and turns solid when full. After 4 hours, when it start, it turns off instantly right after the pad loses contact. I thought the dock was faulty, I tried charging through the DC port, still failed. I replaced the charger with a new one of the same output. Still not working even after the LED turn solid. So I force shock the battery with the RC balance charger to full charge(13.5). Now I have two working batteries like new(working up to 1 hour per full charge) . And the problem now is becoming a chore to repeat when it goes empty.🤷

Hi Sharing, Thanks for your video. I replaced the battery and placed it on the charging dock but it continues to do the same. Two seconds it blinks as its charging then it shutoffs. Any additional suggestions? Hate throwing it out as it's less than a year old. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Hi I have a Deebot 920 OZMO. The battery level is stuck at 15%. In the past I succeeded resetting the baterry by taking it of the charging dock, keeping it for 30 seconds and putting it back on the charger. This I did 2-3 times as per the instructions. This time it doesn't work. I replaced the battery but it still shows 15%. I also cleaned the cache in the application but it hasn't helped. I also tried a reset of 5 seconds and re=registered the robot on my wifi network. Can you please help with some troubleshooting ideas? I do not believe that it is hardware related unless you tell me that I need to reach some CMOS battery inside to do a proper hardware reset as one does for computers

Similar issue. I didn't use the N79T for 2 weeks and the battery died. 2 blue blinks and nothing. Always on charging dock. Stupid ecovacs manual advice to leave on charging dock continuously even when not using. Should advice to power off when not using long term.
